Not very well organised, The receptionist seemed flustered by all the incoming calls and phone ringing, They did not have a "service" counter like most dealers where you can go stand and talk to a parts department. Instead I was left standing at reception waiting for the gent i spoke to on the phone at home to bring the part out to me. Could be better. Took 10 minutes of standing around what should have been a quick into the parts department, pay and go.

Very bad customer service.
18/12/2017 I have received an phone call from Tony sales manager from vertue Nottingham, I was really happy with his approach in handling the call. This rating is based on my visit to vertue Honda in August 2017 for my Honda insights service. the service advisor at that time was really unprofessional and rude.

Awful customer service, felt as though multiple salesmen were pushing me into buying a car. When I decided upon the car I wished to buy they then told me that the car could not be sold as the registration document did not match the car. Ridiculous. This car was a Honda "approved" car. With no apology, they then attempted to force me into buying another car without even looking at it. Disgraceful behaviour from what I expected to be a trustworthy dealer.

I did not recommend, especially the seller Peter S. He was rude and unhelpful. He threw the documents and a pen during the selling when I noticed that something is missing in the car. It made him a huge problem to called to the service and asked for a missing things. In my opinion, he should not represent the Honda's seller team.
