I went to Trillium to purchase plants for my apartment! I had been there before and they knew I had cats! They sold my husband a bouquet of Star-gazer Lilly's which my cat ate a piece of and went into kidney failure. To date we have a $3,000.00 hospital bill to try and save my cat. We definitely are taking them to court! We lost money on cancellations on a vacation and absolutely no care or response from them having done business there several times! We are heart-broken! They sold us green plants that were cat friendly....but turned around and sold us a poisonous plant that nearly killed my cat! He lost 3 pounds and he will NEVER be the same!!
Since my review.....my cat died from kidney failure!
Thanks Trillium. You never even put a sign up telling other potential clients which plants are NOT pet friendly!

Planning a memorial from a different state was a little challenging. Booker made it super easy and shared pictures with me so I felt comfortable with my pick. She has awesome customer service and I can tell she is passionate about what she does. I wanted a few flowers last minute. She didn't have them in the store but she called another flower shop to arrange them for me. All I had to do was pick them up and pay. Thank you so much Trillium for everything. Booker you are the best!

I was able to get flowers so I can make a flower box for my wife. Very helpful and very resourceful and offered tips to make my arrangement perfect! Has a family feel atmosphere! Very glad I went here and plan to return when I'm in the area.

Trillium in Ardmore creates absolutely stunning floral arrangements regardless of your budget. I have had many occasions to use their services and it is always a very positive experience. Booker and Wally are so careful to pay attention to the details and desires of their customers...and courteous and friendly too!

My favorite flower shop ... I have never been disappointed. I like that it is a small, independent, locally owned business ... they are truly like the old fashioned shops we seem to want but can no longer find. They listen to everything, give great advice, they are very knowledgeable and they design the most exquisite and unique arrangements I have ever seen. They have been my florist long before they moved from Gladwyne to Ardmore .... I'm so glad they are closer now ! My Easter arrangement was admired by everyone !
