spoke with Rob around 10 weeks ago, sent photos of job on request but heard nothing since. left messages but no reply or notice of intention...seems totally disinterested and really wasted my time. could have had a new boiler installation in addition to work but now have to go elsewhere, shame as i try to support local business...hey ho !!

I can recommend Rob wholeheartedly. He was reliable and came when he said he would. His work was excellent and completed as quickly as possible. He is upfront about costs and explains clearly what needs to be done. Rob is also friendly and cheerful and very pleasant to deal with. As a final bonus, he even uses a cargo bike, so that’s one less van on the road. All in all one of the best tradesmen I have ever worked with.

I would highly recommend Rob the Plumber to anyone - he is brilliant. Rob provided an excellent service from my initial enquiry to following up once my boiler was fixed. Prior to Rob's visits to my property, he communicated frequently to let me know arrival times, was always punctual for our appointments and he has excellent knowledge with a professional and friendly attitude. Once Rob had finished, he would spend time explaining the issues and he left no trace of any works. He is also excellent value for money. I can not recommend Rob enough and I have already passed his number on to all my friends and family. Thank you Rob

A very friendly and I can not stress how extremely helpful this person is. A rare case you would ever find a such a nice plumber who would go out of his way to try and solve problems for you. Rob was able to come on short notice (even on his day off!) described the problems and solutions step by step to me. Would very much recommend Rob to anyone who has plumbing issues.
