Brilliant service. I can't recommend Alex highly enough. He is always extremely polite, friendly and efficient - and so are his team Tony and Sara. My family and I have all used Russell Heating for annual boiler checks, repairs and the occasional emergency call-out for a few years now and they never let us down. Aleks is extremely polite and sets realistic times for when he can come. He was able to come to my flat with short notice and fixed the problem with my boiler quickly and gave me some good advice about its upkeep. .
He is always honest about the work that is required and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him.
The company is based in Islington but I’m in Whitechapel and that has never effected him coming when I need him or the time frame he gives for when he will arrive.

Alex called as soon as he was given my boiler job to organise a suitable time to come and assess the situation. Since I work anti-social hours, he arranged to come round on his way home that evening which was perfect. He assessed the boiler and said he would be back round the next morning to complete the job. Right on time the next day he was there to complete the job. He also said if I had any further problems, then to call/text him straight away. His service was outstanding and completely went out of his way to achieve the results. I would DEFINITELY use and recommend them again.

Super quick and great efficiency!
We had a few problems with the boiler in the new house, we contacted Alex and Tony and they were very quick at identifying the problem and fix it immediately on the spot.
No more leaks, great pressure in the radiators and now the house is warm and ready for the winter!

I can recommend their service highly. Alex, the owner has worked for me on numerous occasions on boiler- issues, -installation, radiators etc. for many years. He has always been very helpful and given great advice. He never leaves before the job is completed to the highest standards, no matter how late it gets. He even came in the middle of the night when my bathroom was flooded to sort things out until in the early morning hours. Brilliant service and genuinely friendly advice. Thumbs up and thank you!

He came outside working hours also when necessary, and helped with sourcing fittings and taps, showers, bathroom furniture also.

Reliable, Trustworthy and Recommended
Getting people in to do work on the house is always a bit of a worry - you never know exactly what you're letting yourself in for. I've had people disappear half way through the job or just not turn up, and people leave a load of mess behind. We've used Russell heating ltd for a few different things now and I can definitely say they've always been brilliant.
I've had them in to fit radiators, service the boiler, fit an outside tap, fix taps and leaks, mend the guttering, add plug sockets and lights and fit security lights outside. The most recent job, prompting this review, was having them renovate the bathroom. It was a big job and they did it with minimum mess and disruption.
Someone once told me if you find a good plumber stick with them. I will definitely be sticking with Russell heating ltd

These guys where really really excellent .Alex and Toni installed my new boiler in the kitchen and checked and repaired my gas pipes in kitchen working all day non stop so I could be able to open the restaurant in the evening. I asked so many others and they wanted the restaurant closed for the day to do this job.EXCELLENT.

Great service.
Alex and his team serviced my gas boiler and repaired a leaking valve in my central heating system. It was a pleasure to have them over, and I would definitely recommend them. In particular:
* E-mails and calls were returned promptly. I was provided with a clear written estimate of costs.
* They were able to agree a convenient appointment time with me.
* They arrived when they said they would, bringing the right parts with them.
* They did a full service of my boiler, including replacing the gasket and burners (not just a visual inspection), and issued me with the appropriate test results and certificate.
* They were able to fix the leaking valve in my system, and did so without draining the system (and charged me a much lower rate as a result). They even spotted another small leak when they re-pressurised the system and kindly fixed that too for no additional charge.
* They advised me of another potential issue to fix next time the boiler is serviced (and also that it didn't need to be fixed immediately, allowing me to plan for it and get the required parts for next time the boiler is serviced)
* They e-mailed all the certificates and invoices (which I prefer to having paper certificates).
I was very impressed and will definitely use again in future.

Alex and his team removed an old radiator and installed a new one for us in a different wall. I found them on checkatrade and was encouraged by the reviews they have.
I must say they did an excellent job, were very professional and a nice bunch of guys. Felt very at ease with them. They were very considerate; respectful about entering the flat, offering to take their shoes off, as well as asking us whether we wanted to keep the old radiator or for them to take it away.
They were very precise in their work, making sure it was how we wanted it rather than how they thought it should be. Also showed us on a thermal imaging camera that the new radiator was working!
Really impressed and pleased with the results.
Also the price quoted was the price we paid. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone to consider giving them a call for a quote if you have heating work needing to be done.
