We have now used Inner City Plumbers a few times at our venue and have found them to be excellent. Some of the work has been rather tricky and difficult but it has never been a problem and all work has been done to an excellent standard. Will definitely be using them again for any works we need done and can highly recommend.

Jason was very reliable at both quote stage and doing the jobs. We had a tap replaced, a towel rail replaced and 4 thermostatic valves fitted to radiators. Jason got on with the work, cleared up well as he moved around and was (Covid) respectful. We were pleased with the work and have commissioned him for another job.

I called Inner City Plumbers as I had a problem with my toilet continuously flushing. Jason arrived at the time he said he would and immediately identified the cause of the problem and fixed it without any trouble. I was very impressed with not only how quickly he figured out what was wrong, but also how he took the time to explain what had gone wrong, why it had and what he needed to do to repair it. Jason was incredibly polite and professional throughout and I would highly recommend him.

We tried many different plumbers to try and resolve an issue we had with our hot water system, none of them could fully resolve the issue, we called Inner City Plumbers out and they came over same day and explained what the issue was straight away and solved the problem on the same visit. They were very tidy, polite and professional. I will definitely be using them for any plumbing or heating problems we may have in future and recommending them to my friends and family. 10/10 from me!

We have used these plumbers many times - to fit a new boiler, new radiators and a water filter amongst other things. The work has always been carried out to a very high standard. In addition Jason was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and tidy! We highly recommend this company.

Jason and Connor fitted a non-ventilated cylinder in my flat. Excellent service, reasonably priced, everything very thoroughly explained, and always punctual. Cannot recommend them highly enough. After a few bad experiences with other plumbers, it was fantastic to find two genuine guys who deliver what they say they will without any messing about. Thanks guys!

Came out at 6am when my boiler packed in. Had guests over and had to get the hot water going. Was there within 20 mins. Sorted the problem out which was a heat exchanger. Gave it a wash there and then sorted it out. Great honest guys. Highly recommend.

InnerCity Plumbers recently installed a new Shower pump for me since the old one had broken, Jason arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the job the same day! Set an appointment for today on a 2 hour window 17:00-19:00.
I had to wait 2 hours + and the guy did not even bother to call to let me know he's not able to make it.
This shows the unprofessional behavior.
I can comment only on the appointment process and their rates ( which is minister salary rates £75-150 per hour ).

Wonderful service. Friendly, polite and efficient. I had a whole list of plumbing issues that were no problem to Inner City Plumbers at all. A leaky kitchen tap, a replacement tap fitted in my ensuite sink and a new thermostat cartridge fitted in my shower as the water was coming out way too hot. Jason even made time to diagnose a heating issue, a zone valve problem, which he is coming back soon to fix.Highly reccomend this company.
