Many thanks Will for fantastic top quality service and workmanship. I recently had a new vanity unit, sink taps and a drain block cleared by Will and his team. He sent me a quote and spoke to me within an hour of me sending my enquiry and was at my flat 2 days later to do the work. His communication, quoting and sending of photos and updates was the best experience I have ever had with any tradesperson. I was so impressed I later also got him to install a new boiler at the same property. a competitive quote as well. Once again everything outstanding and really impressive. As a landlord wanting the minimum of disruption and hassle for my tenants - Will and his team have been outstanding. Both my tenants said how professional and nice Will is! I also felt that I didn't need to worry at all about any aspect of the job as I wasn't there. All the costs were upfront and explained fully. It was a slightly higher cost compared to cheaper tradespeople but I am now convinced you pay for what you get and Will and his team are certainly worth every penny. Many thanks.

I contacted using the website form and the follow up response was prompt. On the day of the booking, the repairman was delayed on an earlier job but communication was good. He arrived when he said he would and was very polite and professional. He worked quickly and to a high standard and left a clear report on what he’d done. I will definitely use this company again if I have another problem.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

William and his team did an exceptional job when installing my new boiler. We also had some issues with the pressure and pipes leaking which was investigated by his team. They managed to resolve the issue and my boiler system has been working to a great standard. Would definitely reccomend using Will I Am plumbing. The best thing about William and his team is, even after the works were done I was able to call them and they were happy to answer all my queries.

I cannot emphasise how easy the whole process was! I called will i am around 11am - they were very helpful in explaining everything to me. By 3pm the engineers arrived on site, investigated the leak, explained everything to me, carried out the works in very diligent manner, cleaned up after themselves, explained everything once again and off they went! I couldn't believe how efficient everything was. This is by far the best experience I have had with plumbers in London and should I need any assistance in the future I now know who to call! 10/10!

He went out of his way to help us - giving us trustworthy advice, coming over at short notice, linking us up to a drainage expert, fixing the toilet (after two plumbers had failed to do so!), and leaving our bathroom clean and tidied up. They were on-time, courteous, and efficient and all the costs were clear and as expected. They also wore masks whenever we were in the room together. Throughout the process from planning to execution and final commissioning I have found that these guys give honest and down-to-earth advice, do what they promise (in fact more than they promise) and treat your house and the planned work as if it was their own house (in the best possible sense).

I had a bad experience with this company. They sent a plumber around to fix my dripping bath tap and the plumber spent literally 5 minutes in my flat - he turned my tap on and off again and recommended I replace the entire tap at a cost of nearly £300, which was surprising as my tap is a good brand and only 3 years old.
I got a second opinion from a friend who suggested I try descaling the cartridge in the tap. I did this and it resolved the dripping, I have since been using the same tap for months, absolutely no need for a big plumbing job to replace the whole tap! The company has insisted I pay their call out fee and threatened legal action despite the fact that their plumber did nothing for me other than give me bad advice which was clearly not in my best interest.

I’ve need to get a plumber out for a couple of (unrelated) emergency jobs this year. I was so pleased to find WILL I AM with the first problem I had - which was a leak from my radiator at the height of lockdown. He was so helpful and quick and reasonably priced I’ve used him ever since. Including replacing an old radiator this week. Again it was a great job done at a good price quickly and with no fuss. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

This is the second time I have used Will i am's services. Joe and Ismail were very professional, friendly, arrived on time and left the room very tidy after completing their work. The float valve needed replacing and there was a problem with the overflow so they also changed the siphon. They did a fantastic job and no more noise from the toilet! Success! Highly recommend!

if in trouble call will i am. Had a issue with a clogged sink and since will i am was unavailable on the day decided to use a local one. What a mistake it was, charged for 2 hours, sprayed my kitchen in sewage waste and in the end failed, further suggesting i might need to take my entire kitchen and the floor out and remove the pipe. Will's engineer came over as he had couple of times before and resolved it in 30min. Competitively priced and always solve the issue with no fail.

Easy to arrange an appointment via WhatsApp. Sent over pictures and got a quote straight away. Engineer arrived in the time slot arranged. Very professional.
It's really worth sending over pictures of your issue/ the work you want doing so that they can plan ahead. The least faff in arranging a tradesman I've experienced.

Needed to find a plumber to fix the plug in my dad's bath as it would not open when you turn the handle under the tap. So, it's very hard to drain the water out. I was concerned that as he is older, he might get taken advantage off by a plumber. So, I did some looking on google and found Will I Am Plumbing. They were 4.9 out of 5 with 134 reviews. It was by far the highest review with the largest number of reviews. I reached out via their website and then saw that there was a feature to contact via WhatsApp. At 20:19 I sent the message and a video of the problem and 3 mins later I got a phone call telling me how to fix the problem. He said it was simple to fix and did not want to waste my money on a call-out fee. I fixed the problem following his advice in under 5 mins. This shows why he has 4.9 out of 5. Most people would have been happy to make easy money. Such an honest man and will save his information for the next time I need a plumber. Should get 10 stars!!!!!!!!

I have had Will I Am plumbers several times for different jobs - installing a pump, changing taps - in hard to reach locations. They have always been punctual, efficient, helpful when extra work was required, and left the location clean and tidy. This is the second time I have used them. The team work well together and are highly agile should any complications arise.
In my case, the existing boiler was on the way to failure. The symptoms were the erratic supply of hot water so this wasn’t a straightforward issue to self-diagnose.
William quickly investigated and correctly deduced what the fault was and explained in understandable but simple detail which fit my observations.
He was highly efficient in identifying the most suitable replacement and was able to start the ordering process within the same day.
On the day of installation, the supplier had delivered the incorrect one. Despite this, William managed to find another one within 20 minutes and was able to put the installation back on track to eliminate any future inconvenience.
The installation was completed before the end of the day and I now have working hot water again with a more efficient boiler. In some ways this is an upgrade.
I am glad to have found this company and would happily recommend them.

We were able to see Will the day after discovering a severe leak under our bath. He was prompt, very responsive to questions beforehand, and fixed the leak quickly. We were struck by how efficient and mindful of the cost of his time he was, and also by how clearly he set out what he was doing, and consulted us where appropriate. He made a point of making sure any questions we had were answered, and gave us detailed advice on post-repair actions to mitigate leak damage and follow-up issues. He followed his visit with a detailed email setting out what he'd found and repaired, complete with photos. Highly recommended.

I had a dishwasher installed by these guys which required more than just unplugging an old machine and swapping it out given the layout of kitchen and a washing machine in between the dishwasher and the sink.
They were able to give a quote quickly on WhatsApp after sending in pictures, which was handy for making a decision. The guys turned up on time and carried out the work quickly and professionally. They capped a hot water pipe which had been left open by the previous plumbers which I hadn't noticed.
Overall very professional, happy to recommend and would definitely use them again for any further work.

I had an emergency issue with my shower and was recommended Will I Am from a friend. I called Will and was impressed that he wanted me to send pictures of my problem to a secured website so he could diagnose the issue without the need of a diagnostic visit (which would typically come at a cost). He subsequently responded immediately and said he could be at my place in the next 30 mins (!). Will turned up within that time frame, and quickly got to the root of the problem. I felt confident and assured in his knowledge and his work. I cannot recommend the business any higher. I have lived in the are for 15 years and I know that good plumbers are to hard to come by. Two thumbs up!!
