After turning up 2.5 hours late to investigate a smell, we were told our pipes needed jetting. They quoted almost £500 but offered us £50 as they were so late. We agreed. They said they would take 50% off credit card and then 50%on completion. However as they were doing the job (45 minutes from arrival to leaving) I looked at their website, jetting costs £70 as a fixed price repair according to that. I figured I would query this before paying the balance but it turned out they had charged my credit card the full amount, which I had not authorised. The smell is unresolved. They haven’t turned up to a subsequent appointment. They don’t return calls and can’t satisfactorily explain why I was charged almost £500 for a job they advertise as costing £70. Finally upon digging it turns out this is a new front for another company with a terrible reputation- plumbforce direct. So many complaints about these guys for doing exactly this. Book at your peril.

My hot water heater broke last night and I awoke to only cold water. I called Paul early this morning and he fit me in before his job in Chelsea. I am so grateful for people like him who have compassion when an emergency arises. He fixed the problem and I have hot water!! :D

This company blatantly scammed me out of thousands of pounds!
The will come to your house quote you on a job ( which is double what you would pay anywhere else ) , insist on getting your card details to 'book the slot' and charge you half the amount of the job without having done any work, and wont even give you a receipt for the payment.
If you decide you no longer want the work carried out they will refuse to pay you back and quote the T&Cs they refused to let you have a copy of in earlier dealings! The will then eventually send you the T&C but this is after they have doctored them to state you are not eligible for a refund even though the T&Cs on their website state clearly that you are!
They were also really rude to me and my wife when we tried to get refunded and then just didn't answer any of my calls or emails after this
I see they have not responded to the many poor reviews they have received on here. Tells you all you need to know!

Failed to respond after a complaint for a refund/overpayment. Called and emailed them on 3 occasions and have not responded to anything. We are beginning legal action for recovery. Our suggestion would be to use another company!

Highly do not recommend !!
I called as cold water was not running threw the shower pump.
They billed me for items that was not needed and charged me when work was not done.
I called a friend who came to check and was only a airlock!
And no refunds even thoe work has not been done !! Fuming
And there website wont allow you to write a review on their page

THIS IS SAME PEOPLE AS PLUMBFORCE DIRECT PLEASE READ REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I have reported them to the police and action-fraud.
They took £210 in cash from me for a quote of £450 to change the thermostat of my boiler. Never got any paper work or shown anything. I changed my mind and called them in the next. 30 minutes to get my money back. No chance. I have been chasing them up for 2 weeks and all I get is lies and empty promises and a lot of my phone calls being avoided.
I bought a new thermostat for £20 and replaced it myself by following a YouTube video.
These people are fraudsters.

Same owners that run scam which is Plumbforce direct - avoid.
I rarely write reviews, but this company have fooled us.
They also reported all their 1 star reviews from genuine customers on trustpilot.
Took money, did a below average job..... we are now thousands of pounds in loss and to top it off more money has been taken by this company from my card??? no response from owner. please watch out please read what others wrote online be careful!!! they write fake reviews all over internet about themselves

Poor communication between engineers and telephone operators, consistent failure to return calls and organise follow-up. I missed two days out of work waiting for them. On one occasion the engineer just didn't turn up. Ultimately after a fortnight without heating I was left in the same situation and £140 out of pocket.
