Can highly recommend this company for their professional approach in dealing with our recent plumbing emergency. We found this company very responsive, straight forward, professional in terms of arranging the engineers visit. Full tracking was provided, the engineer was here within one hour, they identified the problem straight away, had spare parts on board of their vehicle, fixed the problem and stayed for a while afterwards to double make sure everything is as it should be. Can't fault the service. Would recommend.

Pleased with the rate for the work. The plumber had to make numerous visits and order new parts to properly fix my boiler. It was costly, but I felt the work was definitely worth the rate I paid.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Absolutely terrible experience. Plumber entered the property for 3 minutes (he didn’t even park his van as wanted to avoid parking fee) and still got charged a £106 call out fee. The plumber was was swearing the whole time and commented on my physical appearance (I’m 29 and was alone in the house).... which made me feel uncomfortable. Complete rip off

Poor service, cancelling my booked visit at very short notice on a Friday evening ,leaving me without heat or hot water until Sunday. Poor communication - difficult to get hold of, evasive with fees, ignored my repeated complaints. Doubled what they had quoted me - without agreement they deducted extra funds from my credit card. Beware the premium rate phone number and avoid using these people - not even based in central London. I felt VERY let down.
