They responded immediately, when a part needed to be ordered they came back as soon as was possible, were polite, more than fair with pricing, worked on a Sunday because that was convenient for me.

Be careful. It's a rip off scam. £60 for the call out. £69 for every 30 Min following. Very eager to charge your credit card right away. ..there are better cheaper services. Or you go premium and call Pimlico, even they are cheaper.

Not professional.
I called at 2:30pm to book an appointment, by someone who was professional sounding but very vague about pricing, which was a big warning. I was told a plumber would ring me by 3pm to confirm details. Eventually at 4:40pm the plumber rang me back, sounding like he really couldn't be bothered talking to me, and after talking to back office quoted a price of £159 /hour. This price for someone who sounded like they couldn't actually be bothered doing the job was unreasonable. I declined their offer, and went elsewhere.

I have used Fast Response Plumbers for multiple plumbing jobs.The service is always excellent. They are always professional, reliable and take time to explain any issues we have and fix them at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in recommending Fast Response Plumbers.

Very good plumbing service I used for a toilet that had broken off the wall, I simply found them on Google.
They were knowledge and professional throughout. Chris was the main plumber and was assisted by Adrian who was equally helpful and polite
Initially they came out to assess what was a relatively complicated job and charged only the call out fee of £50, then worked hard to find the parts over the next week and booked in the main job.
It turned out to be a difficult 3+ hour job which was totally understandable and Chris worked hard to completely mend the issue, perhaps my only issue (and lack of 5 star review) is their hourly rate of £118 which to me seems very expensive (even for London). With VAT on top you’re looking at £142 per hour, which for a 3 or 4 hour job becomes very expensive!
They also have an odd system where one of the 3 people that turned up for the job simply sat in the van for the entire 4 hours - you think whether perhaps just one guy could’ve turned up which seems more efficient and the cost per hour could’ve been slightly less
None the less if you want a professional diagnosis and fix, I’d very much recommend them

I found the number for fast response plumbers on google and gave them a call. The person on the phone explained the clear pricing rates to me and gave me a two hour time a slot for when the plumbers would arrive. I received a call from the office to advise me the plumbers were on their way to me and they arrived within the times given. They quickly found the problem and had the boiler up and running again within the hour. Very reasonable price for an emergency call out, would definitely use them again!

This company is well-named: they quickly diagnosed that our old boiler was finished - I think we knew that from its death rattle. They then set about replacing it, working in a team of three and not wasting a moment. All the guys were very friendly and we enjoyed their company. But most important they replaced our boiler in less than one day with a brilliant new one, replaced the old taps on the radiators and, by the time they left at 10pm, the whole system was working wonderfully and now all we have to do is to read and understand all the instruction booklets they left. We will recommend Fast Response to anyone who needs a new boiler fitted quickly and without fuss.

I've not needed to call out a plumber as we normally use family friend but he was away on holiday. I had a leak from under my bath. I couldn't leave it as it was leaking into the downstairs. I tried to look at some websites to help but got nowhere. I didn't even know how to turn the water off. By this time it was getting late. I quickly looked online and called these guys. The plumber, Phil turned up and got on with the job right away. It was all fixed in no time.

I was helping my elderly mother move out of her flat. When we moved some boxes I noticed a small leak. I got my tools and tightened it, thinking this should be it. Next thing I heard a gush and water was spraying everywhere. I had no idea where the stopcock was and all I could do was put some rags over the leak. Got these guys from a search and they got a plumber really quick, they were only local. He managed to find the stopcock and turn the water off. Then he fixed the leak. It was all done quickly and the plumber was very friendly and humble.

I came back from holiday to find my kitchen floor was flooded. It was the last thing I needed after a long trip. I called a plumber I've used before but he was busy. After doing some research I contacted fast response. They seemed to know there stuff so I booked them to come right away. A cheerful chap called Chris arrived. He found the problem, fixed it and hoovered up all the water. The process was stress free and I very happy with the end result.
