Very friendly and helpful. On time and communicated well on arrival. He was conscious of Covid19 restrictions as it was for an elderly person. Would recommend definitely fast and efficient. My bathroom looks like a new one.

BEWARE, DODGY COMPANY. This company is a rip off: they give £69 per hour for a fixed price job on online, and then when the engineer is in the house they will send you an email saying the offer on their website does not apply.
So for an airlock in a pipe (job required 10 min of work) the charge was £310!
The company is also terrible: engineer was 3 hours late! Was scheduled for 9am but arrived at 12pm. They never answer their phone either.
Avoid at all costs and choose more popular trustworthy companies.
They also claim they're based in Mayfair. The postcode of their company is actually in SW18 (Tooting). AVOID AVOID AVOID
