Horrendous customer service, arrived in the store with full intention to buy a new MP3, what looked like the manager was busy sealing a finance deal for another customer asked his colleague to assist. This guy was the worst sales person I have ever met, showed no interest, unhelpful, extremely rude and I was made to feel extremely unwelcome. Even My wife couldn’t believe how this guy being. You would think in this current climate they would want a sale. So Instead I went to A professional bike shop In Hammersmith where the staff are extremely helpful and just got myself a nice new piaggio mp3 350 sport!! Scooter world Clearly didn’t want my money

I have bought a Vespa GTS300 about 1 year ago (at the time it was 1 year and 3000km old) and have done my routine check today (now is 2 years and 10000km old). I have to say I have been really happy on how i got treated from the day i bought it until now, the Vespa is still riding like day 1 and never let me down (i use it for commuting inside London basically everyday). They know what they are dealing with, they do just Piaggio and are very expert about it. Is the second Vespa i have bought in London (before I had a GT250 from another shop) and I have to say this time I really felt treated well and very professionally (and I got a good deal with the bike).

I had a really great experience buying a Piaggio MP3 from these guys. I found the bike online, went to see it and then bought it the next day. It was ready for me to drive away. They set me up with great finance tailored exactly how I wanted it, and gave me a good deal on a leg cover as well. Really great customer service, great range of products and accessories. Definitely recommend.

the mechanics physically damaged my bike in front of me while "trying" to perform a simple oil change on a 125cc motorbike. rather than change the oil they pulled out the spring for the gear shaft and when i raised this with the manager they swore at me and told me to get out of their shop and said they would not accept any responsibly for damage. these guys are con artists and should be avoided at all costs. Genuinely shocked. look at their other bad reviews and you will see a patern occurring

Bought a very reasonably priced second hand scooter from scooter world. In the first week of riding there was a small issue with the fuel pump. Would have easily been missed till riding for a longer period. Took the scooter back to the shop and they fixed it immediately with no charge. I was really impressed by the value for money and the service. Good kit in store and nice, honest people was my experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They damaged my bike during a simple repair in front of me and then denied it. The ‘manager’ then told me to **** off and get out of his shop when I queried the damage. I’m actually in shock at this disgusting treatment and service!!! Clearly must be writing the good reviews themselves!

Had my bike fixed at this garage and I was VERY pleased! I've literally taken it to so many Garages and no one was able to resolve the problem I was having where it keeps start-stopping randomly :(.. and now almost 8 months down the line after taking it to this garage it's still working PERFECTLY. I bought scooter last year from Scooter World with one year MOT and it was very good deal. This year I came back to do the MOT and service and as they told me all I needed to do was just basic service because they done full service on my scooter when I bought it. They were honest with me because my scooter was working fine and passed the MOT with reasonable cost.
On my opinion they are very honest, reliable and professional friendly guys highly recommended.

I've been using Scooter World since I bought my Vespa GT125 7 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are thoroughly friendly and helpful people and will always go out of their way to help. As a female rider, I've always been intimated by mechanics and assume that they'll try to take you for a ride. However I have complete trust in Ahmed and his guys and will continue using their service, despite now living in Wimbledon.

Absolute Rip Off!
Bike was not starting so I called the owner to explain.
He arranged for the bike to be collected and said he would look at it.
I then get a call to say it's done....naturally I thought it must have been a very simple repair as I did not receive a call to explain what the findings/costs were before proceeding.
I arrive ......£350 charge with an additional £40 collection despite being 0.8 miles away. In short none of the charges were explained.
(I had my ferrari transported to nottingham for £250 lol).
Then the bike breaks 4 weeks later due to the exact same issue.....guess what he does n't want to know.
So sad to have to deal with people like this, with regret I advise people to find an alternative company. Beware!!

Do not use this company. They rip you off and do not care one bit about customer service!!!!!!!
I purchased a leg cover for the winter and a day after purchasing it I noticed that the inflatable part on one side kept on deflating.
I have returned to Scooter World in Chiswick 3 times to address the problems seeing as I have been sold an item that is faulty.
I was told by the owner that he had to talk to the manufacturer to see if they will replace it as it will not be coming out of his profits from his business called scooter World.
I explained clearly that he should be replacing the item and to take up the issue with the manufacturer himself as he has kept me coming back to see if it had been resolved.
I strongly recommend that you do not use this company and that they should not be trading as they cannot even rectify a small piece of merchandise purchased from them which costs only £5.00 to replace.
I went to Central Bikes on Shepherds Bush Road where I purchased my bike from a few weeks back and they replaced the item (that was purchased from Scooter World) at no cost whatsoever.
DO NOT USE SCOOTER WORLD AS THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY COULDN'T CARE WHAT HAPOENS WHEN YOU HAVE WALKED OUT THERE STORE.
THERE ARE MANY MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER SHOPS OUT THERE TO NOT BE USING SCOOTER WORLD.

I bought my first vespa from them around 9 months ago and they have been extremely helpful when anything has gone wrong, did not charge me to get it back on the road when i crashed and have always been very quick to do any changes.
