From now on I will use them for servicing my electric scooter. They also have a great range of accessories and electric scooters at great price. I definitely recommend.

GREAT PRODUCT, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! PERFECT IF YOU HAVE NO SPACE. I bought the OnBoard X8 back in September 2020 to use every day for my commute (a total of 12miles) and it changed my life! I haven't rated it straight away because I wanted to test product & service long term: now they truly deserve a great review! The scooter is sturdy and reliable, equipped with back & front lights. You have the possibility to try it, which is great. The battery lasts long and (if I charge it when at work) I can enjoy maximum speed (~29 Km/h) for the whole of my 12 mile commute. If not charged in between, it still 100% brings me back home, just on slightly lower speed for the last part of the journey back. Basically it never leaves you on your feet. It takes very little to less than 2 hours to recharge and the energy consumption is almost nothing. The charger tells you when fully charged and the display shows the remaining charge when riding (with a sound alarm when the battery is low) - both very useful features. It's perfect for me as I have little storage space: I remove the battery and bring it home upstairs, while folding the scooter to remain in the basement. Last but not least it's worth to mention the most reliable service you can find: if you have any sorts of issues just call them or pop by their shiny brand new shop in Elephant & Castle: they'll take care of you (with a big smile). I strongly recommend this product: it's a reliable and green solution that saves you so much time and money... and it's great fun!

The shop has got a bit of organisation to get on top of on a busy day as it took me almost half an hour to just get on a scooter and try it. Also, you have to pay for parking in the area but if you speak to them, another guy pulled up outside to a bay of some sort (save yourself the parking costs). After, I was seen to, the service was top notch, I was able to try out the scooter I wanted and Alejandro even called the next day to check if everything was well with it as I had bought it in a rush. Their mechanics are also good and pricing is excellent for repairs.

Alejandro has been really good. I've had the X7 for two years and it's still in good condition after using it everyday for my main commute. Things break like tires and controllers but they can fix it straight away. Customer service is good. Products are good.

I've visited the store as I was interested in buying a scooter the man that was working at the time was so rude and had a stinking attitude. Not the type of place you would want to spend your money. I spoke about this issue with some people I know and they've also said they had really bad experiences there. Taking people's scooters to fix them and then returning it not fixed and expecting more money. There are several shops around. Do not spend your money here. I'm not sure if it was a race matter or the man just doesn't know how to communicate with customers but it wasn't nice at all. Some people have had good experiences there as I've read the reviews and those people all have one thing in common. Anyways I will not be going here again and I don't recommend it either!

Visited today to pick up a scooter for a friend. Needed a particular model and also a seat fitted, with not much of a time scale. Tom was amazing, super friendly and helpful.... went out of his way to accommodate what I needed..... even carried the scooter to my car for me! I bought my scooter from these guys about 9 months ago and have had no problems at all with it. I Have just collected my scooter after bringing it for some maintenance and was impressed how cheap there prices are compared to pure scooters who charge a fortune just to change a tyre. Very tiring and draining experience, I notice that these e scooter company's have no issue with payment time but the work always seems to have a issue a hour after riding or even less. I'm still paying for what they did today, they never soldered the wires and it was a messy job which needed to be tidyed up, by another scooter place due to this one of my indicators are broken already which I'll be getting fixed by my more local shop next week when taking it another shop they said that the new throttle programmings wasn't right hence why your dying out on 2 bars, this happened last night. I work for Deliveroo they know this, I was doing a order at this time luckily I was on the road to drop the delivery off when this happened and not a long walk back home! I have a lot more to say, in terms of customer service and my experience but I do the have time to write a Novel.... Maybe they are a bit understaffed? Maybe another mechanic? Maybe less stress on him so he can take his time? I'm not quite sure but... Good luck

Great place to buy. Ordered the X7 and it arrived the next working day. Had a flat front tyre straight out of the box, so called and spoke to Tom who was super-helpful. Jorge arrived the next morning (in the pouring rain poor chap) and sorted it on our doorstep. 5* products and service!

Well you would normally have a cooling off period usually 14days with 99% of places I was also told that even if the scooter was faulty you won't give a refund just fix it My friend bought me the N8 scooter and although it's a good scooter the battery doesn't last as long as I need it to so I went to take it back for a refund after 3days and riding it 3 or 4times. Then I was told they DONT accept returns as it's been used. But you have to use something to know if it's right for you!!!!! The guy I spoke to had a really bad attitude so now I'm stuck with a scooter that I don't want. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL EXTREMELY BAD POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERIVE HONESTLY ITS RIDICULOUS

worst repair place to take your escooter. They take in the scooter saying that it can be repaired and next day say that it is not possible to fix. Since when is it not possible to fix a scooter. And then they ask for a £15 charge which they have not said to me before I left my scooter in for repairs. My motor and back brake were faulty, they haven't even checked the back brake which I told them about. There was displayed on the monitor e-001 which on the internet indicates motor error, and that was literally all they have said to me and when I was there they explained that is was a motor error and couldn't find a definitive problem, so I basically paid £15 for them to read off the internet what e-001 was for Kugoo M4. Worst place to take your escooter for repairs, I do not recommend at all.

Hi every one I’m not Here to give false review to any one But I must say the truth nothing but the truth ( this guys R supper decent and they R very pleasant guys and from the bottom of my heart I recommend them ) p.s most important they will not rip you off and they highly caring and honest people so for that reason you should go try them your selves , they where honest and very reasonable with pricing and most most important on time ti ti tick job Done . When I went to there shop was expecting 350 £ bill & they only charged me 50 ( I was going to burn my scooter to say the truth ) but now I love it thanks to Tom and Gorge they lovely people and from now on this guys R my guys for life ( respect ) thank you Tom ???????????????????????? truly grateful ????????????

I recently bought 2 e-bikes from onboards. I had a good experience. The patience of Aliandro and Tom was great. I had loads of questions and they took time in helping me decide what I wanted. They even helped me trial the bikes in the back of my car, to make sure both the bikes fitted. This was after a wizz up and down the road. They were in the process of expanding the business to the next rental, but still found time for me. The local parking was not a problem if you go prepared to pay online. I was honestly quite skeptical at first but this is a genuine home business. We were met by Alejandro who gave us a warm welcome and took his time explaining the specs of each scooter before a test ride around the blocks. We bought the X8 and are really happy with the purchase. The e-scooter is well built and very sturdy and has an impressive battery life. What a great company. Bought 2 fat wheel e-bikes & have been chuffed to bits with them. Had a problem with one of the batteries not charging up properly so had to contact Onboards for advice. They were fantastic, I posted it back to them & they sorted it out without any hassle at all. When we are out & about on our bikes we get a lot of people asking about them, what they are like to ride & are they value for money. Bought a X7 on Saturday. Quite happy with the scooter itself. Disappointed with the service I received though. The guy doesn’t know how to adjust the settings on the scooter which is totally hard to believe. He tells me he sold loads of X7 scooters, I’m literally gobsmacked that he told me he will email the pdf the following Monday regarding the settings for the scooter adjustments. Anyway, he still didn’t emailed me the pdf instructions. Never mind, I managed to find the instructions on YouTube luckily!

I just bought a UFO scooter from OnBoards. I totally enjoy my beautiful scooter, never thought l will love riding it so much. Totally recommended. The team shop is very nice and helpful especially because they are aloud you to test the scooter before buying. I wanted initially to buy an expensive one but because the boy from shop didn't seen me very confident on it he was happy to recommend me a much cheaper one just to make sure l will be happy and safe on road.
