From the moment I walked into the shop and spoke with Karen and Amadeo i got absolute 5* Service. I bought all that I needed there and then. A beautiful scooter, Helmets' Jacket and lock. It was all done at a very competitive price. 2 years later. They continue to help me. They have done all my servicing and I trust them completely. I spoke to them may times at the initial stages and they are like trusted friends now. I could not recommend Scootertech City any higher.

Hi guys, I just want to write this review because I think this place really deserves it. I bought a Medley Piaggio 125 and Karen truly looked after me, helping me choose the right scooter for my needs. I have to mention also a very convenient deal on accessories for my scooter. If you need a motorbike, I really suggest you to visit this place first of all, they have great stock and warm and professional service. Thanks Karen.

I went to few other motorbike shops to fix my front light and was getting the same problem straight after I left the service.
Found those guys - dedicated to Italian bikes, as I own Piaggio Zip 50cc - and they correct something and sorted the problem for me during the first visit!

Quick review to stress how fantastic Karen was. I spent most of lockdown thinking about getting a MP3 300 hpe. Unlike many other dealerships, Karen was super proactive, extremely helpful and genuinely keen to try and offer a great deal. Karen offered advice on the scooter, financing, right accessories, trackers, insurance recommendations, helmets... She made the whole process so effortless. I only wished I had spoken to her back in March 2020. It would have saved me a lot of leg work and many frustrating conversations.
I ended buying a brand-new MP3 with the Piaggio skirt, top box, tracker and alarm. The team of mechanics, and Amedeu in particular, happily spent 45-60 minutes "showing me around the bike" and giving me invaluable practical advice.
Karen called me the day after I picked up the scooter to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely continue to use Scootech City for all my future Piaggio needs including the services.

We have been talking about getting a scooter for some time now, so I looked at my local dealers. Scootech City was 1 of 3 we looked at. We found our lovely GTS 300 super there and no other dealer had that model. Karen really looked after us and gave us good discounts on all the accessories we had to get with the scooter.
All the team at Scootech city are friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely go back to them, and in fact I did, to get another one of the Viper helmets!

Honestly, I have been a customer for a year now and Karan and the team have continuously gone the extra mile to make sure I leave extra happy and with more than I asked for. I've had mopeds for like 9 years and many different garages. This is my absolute favourite. Always super helpful, super nice. Always fix my moped within the day, sometimes within the hour. So accommodating and full of great advice. Will never go anywhere else.

Terrible service! Woman on the phone says yeah bring bike in at 11 and pick up at 1. When i turned up its pick it up at 5pm!!! Na, not what u said on the phone to me!!! But when i phoned about this minor problem to this woman, nothing but RUDENESS!!!! And obviously i was in the wrong? in my opinion she should be demoted from phonecalls and put bk to making tea! Start from scratch again and learn some manors and organisation skills woman ????

Thank you to the team for fixing my wing mirror and also taking the time to identify my unusual issue with my Vespa LX. They were very detailed with their investigation and found I had a key ecu issue. Karen explained the issue to me in plain English and not jargon, she also called me a few days later to see if My Vespa was behaving. They motivated me to carry on being a female rider and to have fun on my Vespa :) Thank you!!!

An absolute bunch of unprofessional, disorganised charlatans (except for the mechanics). Gave me all sorts of assurances when selling my bike to them and transferring my personal reg off at the same time. They ended up messing the paperwork up so the reg remained on the V5 and they resold my old bike with the original plates on the bike, but all the paperwork was showing my personal reg. Took a year to get that sorted with the purchaser direct who was reluctant to do anything until he found out he was riding around with the wrong plates on! Scootech took no responsibility for it and couldn’t care less
Also, had to get that same bike inspected by the DVLA in Wimbledon when I lived in north London. They had 2 similar bikes on their books and when they were sorting them out for selling, they didn’t assign the right plates and documents to the correct bike, so the VINs didn’t match up

I went to few months ago this shop Clerkenwell Road London EC1R 5BU. I chooses a scooter to buy and suddenly found that shop manager a women who doesn't speak English properly...very rude attitude without any reason.She was told by another branch (ROMAN ROAD BRANCH) scooter ( price is £2000 told by Roman Road Branch) while she is trying to bargain with £3000 that price front of customer when everyone knew the price including her own staff.Not only ..she did rude behavior front of customer to her staff member who works in this shop. I saw myself staff was disappointed by her behavior. I am driver not only a professional who know at least people body languages and attitude of conversation ( in the shop or outside) Then I change my mind not to buy from this shop. Then this morning when I was passing Clerkenwell road and a scooter stopped next to me. I was asking the scooter driver what was the speed limit of the this road? She replied from scooter very rudely with F word. Then I found that she stopped and parked scooter with his staff member next to shop and realize who she is. I advice not to buy from this shop instead travel to this shop other branches.I took the picture and evidence which I am not printing or publishing due to privacy.All this is not a nice experience at all. Very Sad by this shop Manager's behavior while I love the mechanic of this shop while I am not going anymore here never ever.

They couldn't get a part for my scooter but suggested they could fix the problem by changing a few other parts. A £300 bill later and it still doesn't work. I ran up to ask if they had sourced the part needed and I was told to source it myself by the aggressive and rude owner who clearly doesn't get the idea of customer service at all. Avoid.

I gave them plenty of chances because they looked like nice guys but they NEVER delivered. For every job I had to return SEVERAL times to the shop and it would not be fixed. They would lose my keys, install faulty (and second hand) spare parts and double-charge. STAY CLEAR!

Great as always. Needed advice on winter gear for my bike now that the weather has turned quite cold. Very reasonably priced and top quality gloves, muffs and legcover Always a delight chatting to Karen and her chief mechanic really knows his stuff.
One of her more recognisable customers popped by as well, which was a welcome surprise.
Top of my list when it comes to all my scooter needs.
Shame they don't sell new Hondas though.
