Great service from scooterworld. My MP3 was stolen and recovered. Scooterworld collected it from the pound the same day I called them and fixed it within a few days. Trustworthy and very helpful.

I would highly recommend this shop - I bought my Vespa S back in April 2016 and it has been running incredibly well - and I do a lot of miles on it! The odd little thing (e.g. petrol gauge not working, breaks needed adjusting) were fixed immediately without having to be booked in and without charge, even once my guarantee had expired. They have just completed the MOT and I was able to book it in on the day that suited me best, very friendly and excellent service. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a Vespa 300 Super from Scooter World in Chiswick and the experience/customer service I received was excellent and flawless. It takes me 30 mins by bike to get to this shop for services and extras. I do this because I know they are always honest and a pleasure to work with. Ahmed who runs the shop is one a a kind and a truly honest kind gentleman. I can't rate this bike shop higher to all scooter and bike owners. I first started riding in 2004 and have experienced a fair few bike shops along the way. This is by far the best!

Bought my original scooter from BMG sheen ...bad experience and never went back ...I was told about scooter world Chiswick. ..and for the last ten years have constantly had my scooter serviced and repaired even though BMG scooters is minutes away from where I live
Service is spot on ..and walk in repairs and friendly service is every time ...I won't go anywhere else ...I just bought a scooter from them last week ...they know thier stuff ..we all have bills too pay obviously ..but they go for the hand not the wallet ..I recommend everyone I know to go to scooter world Chiswick for all your scooter needs

I would have bought two bikes, piaggio 125cc and 500cc Gilera, have always been very professional and friendly, tell me when it's the MOT or service the bike. Now I sold a bike with themselves, but if I were to buy another, I would do it at the same store. recommend it.

I bought a Vespa GTS300 eight months ago, a Cat D scooter with 600 miles, an amazing deal. The assistance was perfect, I had an electric issue, they recovered and fixed the Vespa with no charge.
Unfortunately the scooter was stolen in November and I was undecided if replace it with a 300cc or 125cc. Ahmed gave me his opinion based on my needs and the surprise was that my mechanic and also friend in Italy said exactly the same. Ahmed arranged the new Vespa in two days offering me some discounts and also a gift.
I rode a Vespa for 22 years in Italy and I met many mechanics. I can say that the mechanics team of Scooterworld is very capable than available and friendly.
If you're looking for a Vespa or another Piaggio scooter, I think that this is the best and competitive place in London.

I bought a Vespa GT 125 in November 2014 and have had nothing but trouble with it. I drove away from the shop when i first bought it to the sound of intense screeching and a slipping clutch - it sounded like a plane was trying to take off! They told me it was the new brakes and that they would wear in over the course of the proceeding weeks so i shouldn't worry... The scooter has since been back to their workshop 5 times and whilst Ahmed and his team always pretended to sort the issue out, the problem would return 2/3 weeks later. Scooter World are now refusing to acknowledge these issues as their responsibility now that the warrantee is over.
Ahmed, the owner, once told me over the phone that the horrific sounds my scooter was making were 'all in my head', which I agree is quite funny, but he was being completely serious. I bought my scooter from a shop - as opposed to off ebay or gumtree - in the hope that issues like this would not become a problem and could be easily sorted.
Scooter World is a disgrace; If someone were to call these guys criminals, i'd find it really hard to disagree.

I would like to say that I bought a second hand scooter 3 years ago. Of Course from time to time there are issues with the scooter which you would expect from a second hand scooter. Scooterworld and especially the manager called Achmed have been very honest and helpful.

terrible experience with this lot, the owner is all pally pally while he's trying to take your money, as soon as you start to have any problems it all goes down hill, i bought a vespa GT 125 from them last year, nothing but problems spent a fortune on it to keep it running, scooterworld once told me when i asked for a new battery because the bike they sold me only lasted 2 weeks before it died, to "do it your self" handed me a battery and sent me on my way, i get home... its the wrong battery, argh! did they come and apologise and pick my bike up quickly.... did they bollocks. i have asked around a few other garages and they have all said that scooterworld like to buy old bikes that have been in bad accidents and then chop shop them.
leave well alone from this place, overpriced, deceptive!

I echo the sentiment of other reviewers. I spent £3,200 on a 2013 GTS 125 Super in July 2016 (8,000 km on the clock) and within 2-months the engine was making a terrible noise. I brought it to a legitimate Vespa dealer who advised it was a write-off. Thanks Scooter World.
