Super pleased with this GP. Just moved to the area. Receptionist is very helpful, and helped me get a much needed appointment soon after registering with them - would def recommend! :)
They also do over the phone appointments, which is helpful for me as I always get anxious going into any drs!

There are never any available appointments regardless of when I call, and when I do get an appointment there is a lack of bedside manner.
They also tried to prescribe me a medication that hasn't worked in the past again instead of taking the time to talk to me about other options.
Shame, but this surgery doesn't seem to care.

They never listen to my complaints. The female receptionist is rude and dismissive. They cannot even contact the pharmacy next door effectively to get my medication on time. Happens every month.
