I have been a patient at this practice for several years now and have always found the Doctors, nurses and receptionists extremely helpful. Thank you for giving our area such a good surgery.

To be fair this surgery has has been built to accommodate the whole of the area. My surgery in the Ridgeway closed and I know a few others did in the area so taking that into consideration it's very busy and the ladies in the front line there do their best. I have mostly found them very pleasant, there are one or two that are a bit grumpy but again they are only human. I have a lovely doctor in Dr Rosie C Nolloth, she really is the best. If you can get an appointment you will get a good service but it is hard I have to say, but I'm sure they do their best, especially in these covid times. My advice would be to get on the phone at 8.30am sharp, I've been number 20 in the queue and got an appointment, but I was told that in normal times it's best to queue outside to get an appointment as they are given them first, I don't know how true this is but that was what I was told.

I was unable to get an appointment on the day I telephoned but the receptionist was very helpful and suggested booking an e- appointment via the web site. I was apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, the site was easy to navigate, I left all the details of my problem along with some photos. A couple of hours later the Doctor called me, we discussed my symptoms and he suggested I pop in and see him later the same day. The service from both reception and the Doctor was excellent.

Generally speaking I have found all the staff make a genuine effort to be helpful. Yes it can take a time to get through to make an appointment and cannot necessarily get one on the day as I am sure some/most days they are inundated with people with varying degrees of 'possible emergency'. I do feel they do try to make it as fare as possible. I certainly appreciate having this purpose built Medical Centre in our community. Special thanks to them all at this particularly difficult time

No specific incident, but my family have had numerous issues with this GP. The actual doctors have always been great, but the admin staff regularly lose results, letters etc. They refuse to allow booked appointments which is extremely inconvenient for working people. They cause loads of problems with prescriptions and seem incapable of handling even the most basic aspects of their jobs.

I have been using this surgery for almost 3 years and find them very good, from the receptionists to the doctors. I would highly recommend them.

Do not waste your time. If it's not deemed an emergency then you need to call back the following day at 8:30... Unfortunately some people like myself work... You're better off waiting until your problem becomes an emergency - tht's the only way you will get an appointment

Sadly it's not possible to post a zero starred review. This surgery is an utter joke. After two consecutive days of sitting in a long telephone queue, "you are number 29" - thanks, the available appointments are all taken by the time you actually get to speak to someone. Apparently you can book an appointment "up to 4 weeks in advance" but in reality this means "from" 4 weeks. Why would I wish to see a doctor in 4 weeks for something that is affecting me right now? Fiasco only scratches the surface of this place and the only tip on offer is not to get ill in the first place. Utterly woeful.

Most of the receptionists are friendly and helpful. Only one rude one. All the doctors are pleasant and easy to talk to and confide in, except for Dr. Nim. She is quick to judge and make negative assumptions. I will never see her about anything person again. She made me feel devalued as a human.

Receptionist is a rude insensitive peice of work. All I wanted was some advice on the lump in my testicle and she was unwilling to help. The doctors are great but the receptionist made me cry. No man wants to be told 'well there's nothing we can do' when it comes to a potential risk of cancer.

So difficult to get an appointment with anyone. No sensible use of modern technologies and the whole place seems to be so inefficient that it's bordering on incompetent. Changing surgeries as the battle to get to see anyone is just too stressful.

I have always found WMC staff helpful and supportive. I have had excellent care from a variety of GPs. Thank you NHS.

I feel very sorry for the staff at the centre. It's clear that they are battling against the fat cats. It's near impossible to get an appointment. Considering they now have more patients you'd hope that they'd have more doctors available rather than being told that you can only get an appointment if it's an emergency. Also, not being able to pre-bool appointments is ridiculous.

Impossible to get an appointment if you are a working person. Terrible system! You need to help us to get an appointment, but no 4 weeks for an none urgent appointment. Ridiculous.

Impossible to get an appointment and the hold message is irritating, why couldn't they stick to generic music? They need to put money into technology that could make appointments without being on hold for 30 minutes.
