Bramcote Hills is a very caring home that always puts the residents first. They communicate regularly and deal with the individual needs of all their residents. There is a real homely feeling and everyone is encouraged to join in activities that are available on a regular basis. Meals are tailored to individual needs as well. I'm really pleased that they were able to accept mum with her very complex needs.

The home is clean and modern, and they have recently been doing some work on the garden. The manager is always friendly along with the rest of the staff. I like the warm welcome I always receive.
