Can not rate this place enough! I had a Bettie with Kerry today. As it was my 1st Bettie I was a bit nervous but ouldn't have been made to feel more comfortable and at ease by the lovely Kerry. Great atmosphere and friendly staff all round. Very sad im currently working away otherwise this would be my new go to.

Rushed poor service, not the relaxing pamper session feom a beauty salon you would hope for. Spoken to rudely by unfriendly unhelpful woman with short blond wavey hair. Have used a couple of times as like to give benefit of the doubt. But will most definitely not be returning or recommending.

One staff member was extremely rude, we were told she wouldn’t have enough time to do a full manicure. She rushed my nails in 15 minutes, then spent the following 20 minutes sat on her phone! Awful service- would not recommend.

As a pre wedding treat for my sister she came away with awful clumpy thick gel nails. We were rushed and spoken to extremely rudely. It was a very hot day and not even offered a glass of water. Terrible service, will not be going again.
