What an amazing care home, the staff are caring, professional and care about their residents and most importantly their dignity. Everyone of the staff have shown nothing but dedicated commitment to making this a true home that is friendly, homely, comfortable and safe for all their residents. Our family have every confidence in the care given to our elderly mum, grandma and great grandma, there is strong communication links between the medical staff and manager to families which is really appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone placing their loved one at Broadgate. Thank you everyone from Maureen and every member of our family

My dad was sent here (with no consultation) from the City hospital after a stroke. They had absolutely zero experience of dealing with stroke rehab patients and I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to take him. Nearly all of their patients are dementia suffers. The staff were awful, the food was awful, the care was awful (with noteable exceptions of two young women who were kind and caring). There were safeguarding issues, health and safety problems, the nursing staff didn't seem to have a clue about very much at all. I would avoid this place like the plague. My dad hated it, and left here highly anxious and upset. We even ended up calling the police after staff were aggressive to my dad. Do not allow your family members to go here if you have any choice whatsoever
