The most beautiful flowers, incredibly patient and friendly service. All the staff were incredibly helpful when I was in the shop. Also has the most gorgeous bouquet delivered, it was very fast and easy. Couldn’t speak any higher of this company and it’s incredibly attentive and all round excellent staff.

Amanda and her team are fantastic at what they do. She took my (very) loose brief of ‘bringing the outside in’ and ‘LION’ to transform both the Nash conservatory and Orangery at Kew Gardens into a fairytale wedding, even managing to source stone Lions for the event! Kew Gardens is a challenging venue to dress given the 2 hour incredibly tight turnaround to transform the Orangery from daytime cafe into a wedding reception however Amanda and her team created a magical woodland feel which looked simply beautiful. Can’t thank Amanda enough for helping to create our perfect day and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a florist for any event!

I was looking for the fresh flowers for my daughter's birthday, but it was too late for the online order. I sent an email to Amanda before going to the bed in Toronto. Next morning I found a positive response from her. Thank you so much Amanda for being so kind and accepting my request on such a short notice. The bouquet was gorgeous.

I called Amanda Austin Flowers from Sydney Australia, to order flowers for my wife who is in London for work. Less that two hours later the flowers were delivered to her hotel! The flower arrangement was huge (the 'pretty pink bouquet of roses' from the website), and my wife absolutely loves them!

Got almost everything wrong. It was supposed to be a surprise gift but they made it incredibly hard to deliver the flowers, wouldn’t leave them with neighbours or in a safe space outside the house. I don’t know why they don’t have a procedure in place for people not being home or answering their phone, considering most flowers are surely sent as a gift.
Then, the wrong flowers were delivered. I asked to be sent a photo of the bouquet before they were sent which I did not receive.
Lastly, part of the note was missed off so if I hadn’t had to speak to the recipient (ruining the surprise) to discuss the delivery they wouldn’t have known who they were from.
I used this florist because they were on the KR and 5 star rated on google but I was very upset by the terrible, bungled job - I just wanted to send a beautiful thank you gift to some friends. Very disappointing.

Amanda Austin Flowers did the flowers for my wedding which were absolutely beautiful. I loved working with Amanda and her team, the process was very reassuring and the floral creations they put together were better than anything I could have imagined. Their shop on the Kings Road is a happy place to purchase flowers and I have enjoyed buying bouquets both in the store and from their website. Five stars all round!
