Well, what can I say - Ella from Isle of Flowers is the epitome of excellent customer service, well done that lady! I called with a very specific request, to be actioned over the course of three days and it was executed exactly as I asked, and for a better cost than what I had hoped. It would be an absolute pleasure to recommend Ella and Isle of Flowers, in fact if you're buying flowers in London you would be daft to go anywhere else. I went to isle of flowers shop at Paddington station to buy a bouquet for my partner. I have been served by a tall lady with blonde hair, wearing glasses. She was smiling , welcoming and very professional. She helped me to choose a very beautiful bouquet. My partner was very happy about the choice. I really appreciate the service and I will definitely come back.

Great service. I entered the shop because I was carrying some flowers I had received from a friend which needed to be wrapped up so they would not be damaged during the trip home. The attendant was very courteous, wrapped the flowers beautifully and did not charge me anything for the favour. I am very positively impressed!!

One of the worst customer experiences ever. Employees are skilled and tend to the products well, but terrible salesmanship! Both were rude, self-righteous and needlessly arrogant. On top of that, chased me out of the store which is unacceptable. My customer experience was ruined and will never return ever again to buy flowers.

I bought a £25 flower arrangement in a small vase, at Paddington, for my beloved. The shop assistant was miserable and definitely not in the mood to talk to me. I had to call her attention to get assistance. She wrapped the flowers in cellowrap and a ribbon. I took my 40 minute train journey with the flowers carefully placed on the table to protect them from damage.
On unwrapping the cellophane, several of the larger flowers had been totally crushed by too tight wrapping. Despite appropriate care being taken, the arrangement was mostly dead within 3 days.
If I had bought my flowers from M&S in the unit next door I know they would have lasted at least a week.
I won't shop at this florist again.

Always buy flowers from here when traveling down the Devon, really good selection for a station florist, not cheap but good flowers served pretty quickly and always pretty quiet. Not a lot else to say really.

Just been to buy a bouquet for my fiancé. Poor customer service. The shop assistant could not be asked to help me choosing the right one. I didn't like any of the existing ones. When asked to make something up for £20 same as existing bouquets (including green leaves) she said she would have to charge me extra. She wasn't friendly or willing to help . I told her to forget about it. Shame on the service because it's a nice little shop from the outside.

Ella, Genute and Luigji provided us with exceptional service and an absolutely stand out product for a large celebration we recently held. Ella was able to match the flowers in the arrangements to a flower wall we had organised through an alternative supplier, and helped me with the order process. She was efficient and friendly and incredibly accommodating. Genute who created the displays did a fantastic job, they were one of the highlights of the night. And finally Luigji who hand delivered the flowers to our venue, taking great care! I would definitely recommend to work with them!
