Jane Packer Flowers

One day course- absolutely fabulous day! Everything provided, clear explanation and plenty of demonstration and question time. I am a complete beginner and it was so much fun I forgot my hang ups with flower arranging and learnt so much. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to the team at George Street.

Ordered two hat boxes within one week for delivery. The second one was not delivered as the courier states he was refused delivery at a large corporate office (complete nonsense as they receive flowers daily and I to the reception who said they hadn’t turned any away). On trying to rearrange delivery Jane Packer office then didn’t pass on the correct contact details and the delivery driver started contacting the recipient of my first order who had already received her flowers. I called Jane Packer, reiterated my contact details and the details of the person receiving the second delivery with two contact telephone numbers for her, stating she would come out of the office if they called and collect her “surprise” flowers. They never called her and neither did they update the contact details and neither did they even deliver the flowers. The following day .. today! The first recipient received yet another text to say she would be receiving more flowers! She is not and the surprise flowers intended for yesterday are still in transit.. on calling Jane Packer I am told they don’t know how it has been confused and issued a refund, with no flowers now being sent to my friend !!!! This is supposed to be a luxury brand. Really really poor service. Please can someone explain to me how and why you are communicating with the wrong person, how and why you couldn’t deliver flowers to a large corporate office, how and why you couldn’t call any one of the two numbers for the recipient, how and why nobody felt the need to call me as the person paying for your service but instead sent a text to someone who had received your flowers (paid for by me!) the day before! You have my details correct when debiting money from my account.

As an event organizer I always need flowers for some events and I need them fast. And since I found Jane Packer Flower School my work has become so much easier. Instead of running around looking for this or that I just call Jane Packer and in no time I receive what my clients ask for. This shop has great selection of flowers and they decorated them always tastefully and beautifully. Thank you all so much!

I turned to Jane Parker for help. We worked together on the phone with the florist to make this floral arrangement perfect, and it served its purpose well.

I ordered a v expensive bunch of flowers to my parents and 4 roses, some berries and 5 dead flowers turned up and were totally different to what I had ordered. Cannot believe they thought that would be acceptable or perhaps they realise the person ordering isn’t the person receiving. Very disappointing

The stunning arrangements outside the shop draws you towards it, offering a range of simple and innovative floral arrangements. There's a small shop at the front, filled to the brim with beautiful blooms and accessories for flower arranging and home decoration. It's a little cramped, so you need to tread carefully, but you're rewarded by a glimpse of the flower arranging class at the back. The only downside was that I felt unwelcome as a retail customer and the assistant wasn't very friendly or responsive, which was a shame and rather unexpected.

Amazing plants and flowers the best in the area

If you actually get the flowers on the 'special day' as your beloved arranged, then you'd be chuffed with their magnificence. If, however, you had to have the surprise spoilt because they didn't arrive and then you had to go and pick them up yourself? Less chuffed. And if they fought with you, insisting that they'd tried to deliver but hadn't left a card or called? Well you'd be tempted to give them one star.

The most beautiful flower shop in London,and also their flower school is very great ! Just ask and they will give you brilliant advice.

Had flowers delivered to my girl as a surprise. The flowers were fromm here and they looked amazing. The most important thing is that Tanya loved them.
