This is what I received! I ordered this bouquet for my wife on Valentine’s Day , and she said the flowers arrived in a box (which I expected it’s fresh flower in a paper bag from the website), when she opened the box , the flowers were not properly attached to the box and it fell down. The wrapping paper detached from the flowers. And most importantly, the flowers were all death. She said she felt embarrassed when carrying it back home. This is definitely the worst bouquet I have ever bought in my life. Eventually, I bought another bouquet from M&S after work for my wife and it looks much better. At least the flowers are alive.

Tried to cancel my order 48 hours before, and was finally informed after they were delivered without acceptance, that this wasnt possible as they were already out for delivery. This explains also why they are of such poor quality.

Outstanding service, superb flowers, good staff. Nice to have such a reliable florist nearby, the bouquet was truly enjoyed! Thanks again!
