Moyses Stevens Flowers

Bought orchids and found that they started dying two weeks later despite looking after them (I have orchids at home for 3 years and they are perfectly fine). I took all the pots out and discovered lots of plastic stuffed inside the pot under all the moss!!! Just transferred them to a different one, luckily this helped to revive the orchids.

I have been getting flowers from the Elizabeth St Moyses Stevens since lockdown. The arrangements (large & small) have always lasted at least a fortnight and added a dash of colour to our home! Nem & his team are extremely professional and I always get my flowers here.

Highly disappointing. We really expected more from a high end florist in Chelsea! The sender paid for express delivery for same day Birthday flowers, only for the delivery to be sent at 9:30pm at night, to an office nearby which was obviously closed and the recipient had already gone home! They then delivered the flowers to the recipient the next day with the bouquet in a very bad condition - most of the flowers were already half dead. The paper bag which the flowers arrived in, was soaked and tattered at the sides. Really appalling! The sender called to complain and all the shop did was offer a refund of the express delivery cost. Wrote a complaint email to freddie.bettles.lake@moysesflowersc.co.uk but no answer. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I really would avoid ordering flowers from Moyses Stevens.

Absolutely lovely place. Always fresh flowers and very helpful creative florist. Never disappointed.

My son sent a bouquet to his fiance for her birthday .....it was a very poor offering and totally disappointing. The flowers were all stocks and there was hardly any foliage. The quantity of flowers used was also small. It was supposed to be an expensive, high end bouquet but you could have bought similar from a supermarket store, and that is without exaggeration. My son emailed and complained the same day and the customer service person emailed back and said the flowers were in good condition and they ‘could not justify further action’. How disappointing and sad, I am a florist and would not take £70 off somebody for this arrangement! I definitely won’t be using this florist again and nor will my son and the rest of the family......

Great when it works, but my last couple of orders have been lost, delayed, and they don't seem bothered that being a day late means you've missed the flowers being delivered on the special day intended. I can't recommend at all. I'll have to go elsewhere in future.

Bought a £60 bouquet on Tuesday and threw half away on Thursday. Dead. Clearly old stock mixed in with new. Stay away, this place is a disgrace.

Possibly the worst customer experience in London! Flowers were less than half the size specified on the website, were dumped at the door without ad much as a knock and were limp and lifeless and disheveled. After numerous calls to customer service have had zero response to address or attempt to rectify the problem. Avoid this company.

The bouquet made of the best British peach roses is simply amazing! You can be sure that all women will fall in love.

Amazing place and great service from all staff
