Despite making an appointment to test drive the car, kept waiting for three quarters of an hour. Very busy, coffee good. As our sales man was still tied up with a customer so introduced to Jess. Very confident and professional, could not fault her on car product knowledge. Every question answered immediately, ( never had a VW before) Paperwork not so good, had to phone Listers for an invoice to confirm price and additional products. When received it was dated the day before I had even seen the car! Confusion also over licence cost resulted in a refund of five pounds. Follow up very good. Car ready for pickup and again an unhurried talk about car from Charlotte. Follow up phone call to ensure everything ok appreciated. Would recommend Listers if only for range of product.

I already own a vw T5 van for work and love vw cars, so actually now having a new polo,which is the new style, is better than I could have imaged. Thanks for sorting it out and hopefully I will carry on using listers in the future.

Reception and service staff were polite and professional. Courtesy car available as requested. Oil and inspection service carried out without problem.
Only negative was that the customary mini valet was not carried out. Thomas from Listers, apologised for the oversight and offered this valet at any time that was convenient to me.

I have dealt with Harry Taylor today regarding some work which was required on a recently purchased used vehicle. Although the car isnt currently 100% his customer service skills have been. Polite, professional and kept me informed while we sorted out the problem. A credit to the department. To add to the above review I visited on Saturday for my first service. Jamie Mancini my service advisor was polite, friendly and efficient. Car was ready when he said. Once again Excellent service. I will use continue to use Listers VW.
