I’ve had an Awful experience with game the last few weeks! I have email numerous times also messaged on Twitter and Facebook the last few weeks and still no reply, not easy to navigate customer service and it says to live chat but no option for it! Worst experience I’ve ever had!

Good place for your gaming needs but due to times they have hands tied for restocking, so reach out on twitter for your questions before risking getting the marlaky to isolate for 14 days, it saves time but need to give time for replying

Walked into store all clean and tidy. Staff was welcoming friendly and helpful. A tall gentleman was managing the que assisting customers preparing purchases for toll assistants. All smiles . Fantastic service 10 out of 10 . Highly recommended

I was try to play ps4 dragon ball games demo in this store. I haven't pick which hero to play yet, someone just turn off the power? At least let me play for 10minute. If I was there for more than 30minute, I don't mind u do that to me. I'm not a children, I'm an 29 adult.... Prefer buy game on Steam, at least I can try to play first.

The store itself is laid out professionally, by competent staff members in such a way that makes the store easy to navigate. The staff that have worked there over the last few years have been exemplary, and I never hesitate to shop there for any phones, or gaming related products.
