My experience at Listers Volkswagen Nuneaton branch was exceptional i was made to feel welcome instantly and was offered a drink on several occasions.
All of the staff were very polite and welcoming nothing was too much for them.
I would defiantly recommend going to this branch if you are looking for a new car.

Not a great experience - now resolved.
I bought an ex demo from Listers Nuneaton over the phone. The salesman confirmed the spec and mileage (1000 miles) with me and we agreed a price. I flew in from elsewhere in the UK to collect.
We sat and did the paperwork and the warranty documentation also stipulated the mileage at 1080.
However it was not until I was on my way home that I discovered that the mileage on the car was 3000 and not as advertised. Absolutely furious. Dealer refused any goodwill offer whatsoever. Not a great way to treat a customer who has paid a premium price for an approved used car.

Took my car for its second service, seen quickly when I dropped it off. The car was ready earlier than expected which was good, then when I arrived to collect it I had to wait 10 minutes to be able to collect the car. Was offered a drink etc. Overall a good experience, as expected, and equal to previous experiences, no complaints.

I was left with the decision over whether I wanted to buy the car rather than being pressured which was nice. Buying a car from Lister proved to be very easy. It did take longer for the car to be delivered than anticipated, but I think that this was due to production delay by VW.
My point of contact throughout the transaction was Alice, who was very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to communications to ensure the transaction went smoothly.
I would certainly buy from Listers again in the future

Whilst traveling from London to Nuneaton, I noticed a wobble within my car. Mid journey, we called Listers who kindly agreed to test drive my car on arrival in Nuneaton to see what the problem was. Within seconds they discovered it was my front tyre. Within an hour they had changed the tyre, washed the car and I was back safely on the road. All at a competitive price. Although Listers are 200 miles from me, I've bought 2 cars from them, the second arriving yesterday.
I can't really comment on their aftersales as I get warranty and servicing done locally, but purchasing at a distance has been a breeze and I got a substantial discount on both cars.
Both cars were trailered up to me and arrived in great condition, as expected for a new car.
Communications were thorough and prompt at all stages of the buying process, including the progress of build and transportation scheduling. Would highly recommend!

Terrible service, took my car to be repaired because of a steering fault, upon collecting my car later that day I was assured the steering had been fixed and there was nothing to worry about, having drove 2 minutes up the road the amber steering wheel light came on and steering was once again very heavy and very nearly Undriveable. This incident has left me no longer feeling safe in my car. Will most defiantly be going elsewhere next time.

I was very nervous about buying a car, as I have had some bad experiences in the past. Listers in Nuneaton were fantastic. They are a professional and caring VW dealership. My car comes with a year warranty, which is re-assuring if something goes wrong. I dealt with Mark, who went above and beyond what I ever expected. He has amazing attention to detail and looked into all questions or reservations I had. I was offered lots of options, but never felt pushed into anything. I absolutely love my new car and am so grateful that it was such a positive experience throughout. I live over 100 miles away and I would go all the way back there if I needed another car.

Probably the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. After giving assurance that the approved used car would be provided with a full MOT and only handed over after an in-depth 142 point Volkswagen quality check which promises that “Any faults identified are fixed using Volkswagen Genuine Parts” - I was very disappointed when I checked the MOT details online that they had carried out to find half a page of advisories. When presented with this, Listers state that they would take no action to rectify these issues. AVOID!

This was my first purchase at listers Nuneaton purchasing a VW.
The min I walked in I felt comfortable, I spoke to a guy called Dean who was incredible!
We focused on what I needed and which car would be best suitable for me, he helped me visual what would work best for me, we went for a test drive and the car was perfect!
I was offered a coffee and we started on the paper work which was easy efficient and nothing seemed rushed, I felt super comfortable and Dean was absolutely amazing, his customer service was literally on point 10 out of 10.
When everything went through such as my finance and registrations details I was called back in, Dean went above and beyond as he even drove to collect me as I was running late.
I thought after everything has been done I will get my keys and off I go....but I was wrong!
They covered the car that I purchased in a blue cloth and took me over to it, I was like what!?
It felt so special as Dean was like, this is your car and we are going to unveil it, which at this point was in the show room ready for me to drive out. When we unveiled the car I was over the moon!
Dean explained the key features of the car as we sat inside and how everything worked such as touch screen system and connecting my phone to the car.
When I drove out of the showroom it was literally the best experience ever!!!!
The reason I’m writing a long essay style review is because I purchased a car from Ford 4 years ago, and their customer service is no way near as good.
Bottom line is, purchase your car from Listers VW in Nuneaton. Forget the rest.
