This is my second Volkswagen ‘UP’ and I love it!
It’s a great little car but big on quality and sturdy too.
The dash board is very clear and easy to see as everything has been ingeniously thought out.
If you love your music, the sound system is phenomenal!
As ever the staff at Volkswagen are second to none, attending to your every need is an understatement.

I dealt with Jon Maltby in Sales for the part exchange of my current VW Golf for a beautiful approved used Golf R. Jon was attentive, friendly, honest, efficient, and I couldn’t have possibly wanted for an easier or more pleasant person to deal with. I felt so welcome in the showroom and despite having a lot of questions by phone I was never made to feel like a hassle. I truly had a fantastic experience.
And the car... let’s just say my face lights up every time I look out onto my driveway!

COVID contingencies in place are very good. Test drove a car which was great. Came to discussing buying the car, salesman was quite rude at one point telling my wife "well you can't have everything you want young lady". Took another car into be serviced (not purchased here), was told the fault i identified was a feature of the car, so I'll have to go somewhere else for it. 3 star because rest of the staff very polite.

A pleasant experience inside but for the second time when I went to pick up the car having been told things had been done or planned to be done, they hadnt. Frustration! A simple check by the customer facing staff before the customer arrives would solve the problem!!!

Listers Volkswagen Nuneaton have been very helpful indeed especially Kim and her colleagues who I dealt with. We had teething problems with purchase of a new Polo and Kim managed to organise a new car wash, mats and other things which were not ordered and was very professional and patient throughout, with timely delivery of my new car. It showed that little things do matter when you buy a new car online at times of Covid and Kim and her team certainly succeed in keeping good relationships with the limited face to face interactions in this environment.

Went in to get my VW Golf ACC inspected and fixed. Putting it short, objectives were definitely achieved with a big smile. All I have to say is that staff working at Listers VW Nuneaton are friendly and genuine. If you're nearby (or not) I'd recommend getting your VW serviced here.

Purchased 2018 polo for the wife. To be honest salesman we dealt was very good, unfortunately the car was and still is very poor. Pre sale inspection and preparation very poor, car clean on top but under the car mats filthy. Inspection was a joke, split front wiper blade, brake fluid level way below minimum handbrake only functions on flat ground without rolling away. Service carried out but not reset. Know we have fault lights on the dash, no handbrake. Should have been more cautious, ex pcp car clearly owned by young person who has missed treated this car badly, cheap budget new tyres on the front should have given it away after just over 20000 miles.

I had a bump with my vw. The car was driveable but warning lights were on all over the dashboard. I drove to Listers and within 20 mins they checked my car and reassured me that warnings were not serious. They didn't charge me a penny. Fabulous service well done Listers.

Brought my car here for its oil servicing, as always the staff is friendly and helpful. My car was ready for collection in under two hours as their mechanics were busy with other customers vehicles which is understandable????. If you were here to buy a car they would offer you refreshments such as tea or Coca-Cola ????

Upon arrival the showroom was immaculately clean as expected singposted very well with clear direction to where I was supposed to be.
From start to finish a highly professional and safe environment was presented.
At no time did I feel uneasy as Covid security measures were adhered to and observed by all from beginning to end from a warm welcome to the diligent care and approach to our meeting.

A friendly and professional approach by all of the employers that dealt with us.
They had an excellent knowledge of the car information, the finance agreement, registration and handing over the car. Everything was explained carefully and they were able to answer any questions we had.
It was a pleasant experience with offers of a coffee any time we wanted one.
