I don't write many reviews as i believe you have to do something either really wrong or really right for me to take time out of my day however my experience with Listers VW Nuneaton was fantastic. I dealt with Harry who explored all my options in great detail. He played around with numbers so that it worked with my budget and although i decided to keep my current Scirocco, he made the whole process as easy as possible and i knew exactly what i was singing up for. made the journey up (almost 100 miles away) completely worth it. My local Citygate VW dealership could learn a few things from the guys here. Everybody was kind and helpful but special shout out to Harry and Sean. i don't know what they earn currently but they deserve a pay-rise, a real credit to VW.

Went to look at the Toureg, with a view of buying, only the receptionist spoke, no sales people even though they were standing around, viewed the showroom vehicle, which was dirty, and left. Maybe the sales people shouldn't judge a book by its cover just because I was in my casual clothes is no reason not to interact A new Q7 it will be then

Because I am currently unable to drive, as a result of health problems, I did not have the "usual" experience. Listers Nuneaton collected the car from my house, took instruction by 'phone from my elder son, and then carried out their analysis before confirming their recommendations with him. They also sent me a video clip showing aspects of the work carried out, before returning the vehicle to my home.
Altogether an exemplary piece of work.

A few months ago, my son James bought a very nice Golf from Craig at Listers Nuneaton and both Craig and Adam (Brand Manager) were excellent. Very helpful and professional throughout. Then just last week, we got the car serviced at Listers VW Loughborough and between Stefan (the booking agent) and Andy (service advisor), again a very good experience. These guys deserve top marks! I was looked after by Harry who helped me find the right car for my needs and wants, and was able to hammer out a deal that was mutually beneficial. Excellent customer service from Harry, who kept me well informed throughout the sale, and transferring the trade in was a seamless experience.
I've used many different VW dealerships, and so far these guys have been the best. I shall use Listers again when pondering my next car.

Performed an interim service on my vehicle; never returned any of my calls to discuss repair options, made me wait to pay my invoice and collect my vehicle (despite telling them of my urgency), did not provide quote for repair I originally asked them to quote for; shoddy "complimentary" valet. Would avoid if they weren't so conveniently located.

Not Good. Even though I have an extended warranty I am still paying out hundreds of pounds. NOT HAPPY.
Further to the above (written whilst not of sound mind/slightly irate) I am pleased to say that John from the service team has done a sterling job in getting a full refund regarding the repair to my vehicle. I would like to thank him personally for his effort re this matter. ????????????
PS. THE CAR CLEANER DOES A GREAT JOB 10 OUT OF 10 (FROM THE WIFE).

hi this is Mr cotton I've not had my Volkswagen golf very long an had some little problems with it not much but I had Volkswagen look at it an the man how was dealing with the car was very helpful but the reason why I've only but three stars is because like I say not had car very long an before I picked it up it had a 148 point check I've only done 2000 miles an when I take it back to have the little problems I had got sorted then I get told my tyres are cracking an need changing asap why was this not picked up in the 148 point check I've also thinking of sending a copy off this email to the VW forums an VW club

T he SUV itself as past all expectations, a lovely drive experience, to the lovely interior, all the gadgets on dashboard etc make this 5 out of 5 award, far better than ford. who I've had my motability car before.

We've had such a great experience, great customer service in person, through email, over the phone... fantastic, can't fault it. We love our new car. What a friendly bunch, and usually in car show rooms you get pounced on and hounded by sales people, where as here it seems more relaxed and as it should be, if you need help as a customer you ask, if you like something then great and if you don't no amount of chit chat is going to change that. Well what can I say, what a fantastic experience. Quite simply The Best Main Dealer I have ever dealt with. Bought a used 2015 Golf SV, presented immaculately, a few minor issues with the car which were rectified without any quibble. Excellent part ex on my current vehicle. The sales man James Montague was outstanding, very friendly and easy to work with on the deal. All the staff were very attentive offering drinks and making sure I was being looked after. James kept in touch and updated me with the status of the car whilst having a few bits sorted. Change over was easy and car was prepped and presented fantastically. Would highly recommend Listers Nuneaton. Thankyou again, love the car.

I had my car serviced there yesterday
All staff were friendly. They had a desk .for me to work on, as I chose to wait. The staff couldn't do enough for me as far as making sure i was ok, drinks and biscuits a plenty. My car.was washed and vaccumed and ready to go after an hour and a half. Thank you.

The car was delivered to me just a few days after purchasing it and was delivered at a time to suit me. I had the best experience at the Nuneaton Listers, and not just when I collected my car, but from the moment I spoke to the sales team.
Every step of the way, Craig and Adam made my car-buying experience special and exciting. They listened to what I wanted and found me the best deal for my finances.
I was regularly updated throughout the week leading up to collection and everyone I came into contact with, whether is was a member of Reception, the sales team or finance team, was so friendly and helpful.
When I collected my car there was such a lot of effort from the staff to make it a further enjoyable and exciting experience.

Prior to buying a car from Listers, I always took my car to none dealer garages, however this changed following the service I now get.
I have now purchased my second car from Listers and I would like to say that it was a seamless experience from start to finish, all thanks to a lady called Alice Freeman who did all the hard work.
Would I recommend Listers Nuneaton, yes I would. I have never had a bad experience since dealing with them from 2014
