we px our skoda vrs in today with Phil on click and collect due to covid. From start to finish Phil has been outstanding. My fiancee' was looking for another replacement to her octavia vrs and Phil couldn't do enough. professional in every way the video's of the car was outstanding and very detailed.. We are both so pleased with the car and the service Phil gave. He is a credit to Skoda!!. Many thanks Phil. ????????????????

It was an excellent experience to me. I had a small problem but they conducted a safety check which was very impressive. All was done within an hour. The ???? lady on the service desk was very helpful. They also gave my car a wash as well, definitely 5 star.

Attended for my car's first MOT together with a final inspection under the terms of the guarantee. Everything done correctly and included the car being washed.
Before the date on the phone I was quoted a price for the MOT but was surprised that I was also charged an additional fee to cover measures under the banner of Covid. This was not made known or clear when I booked the visit

Purchased a stunning Octavia VRS from here. The car was immaculately presented and I was taken through the sale by Phil, he was very knowledgeable and in no way a pushy salesman. He answered all of my questions and researched even further the full spec of the car for me.
He presented me with the finance options and the extras available but again, wasn’t pushy when I declined them.
COVID restrictions were in place and at no time were they breached.
Showroom was very clean and tidy.
Only downside was the lack of parking as the car park is quite small for such a busy business.

Great customer service and attention to detail, its difficult enough buying a car but when you are not able to test drive, see the car or visit the dealership it makes it even more difficult. They made it easy enough and guided me through the process and I was very happy when it eventually came round to collecting my new car. 2nd time I have used this dealer and I am sure it wont be the last.

Excellent service from Phil. Just received my 21plate kodiaq which was ordered to be made with my chose extras last November. Because of the uncertainty of Brexit and pandemic, Phil kindly reminded me of the possibility of tax increase; production delay; PCP £3500 contribution expire. Since my order made, he kept me updated regularly to hold my excitement up, especially during the Xmas & new year time. My car actually arrived in UK early February, unlike most of the other garages insisting picking up within 14days, Phil helped me wait until March so I can have the 21 plate. Couldn't praise anymore, simply the best.

I would like to offer my thanks to Listers Skoda Coventry for the great service they have provided today (03/03/2021) on the collection of my new Kodiaq, and in particular to Phil Booth.
This is the 2nd Skoda I have purchased, and Phil has been the sales person that has looked after me both times. From start to finish, the process has been smooth and easy, particularly during the current pandemic.
The last thing I want, is to feel pushed into something, and that has been the case on both occasions. In fact I would go as far as to say, and believe, that even though they want me to buy a new car from them, they have had my best interests at heart.

I have service and Mot, at a fixed price. I asked for the tyre pressure warning light to be investigated, as I could not reset it following three new tyres being fitted to the vehicle. They were quickly able to advise me that the 4th oldest tyre, was not the same size as the other three. This is an MOT failure, despite the tyre size being a possible fitment for the
vehicle. My last Not station did not identify this, only reset the warning light.
I commend them for their diligence, and fair price for the replacement tyre.

Ordered what turned out to be one of the last ever Citigo's, (electric) in March 2020. Due to the current and ongoing situation car was eventually delivered end of November.
During that time was kept informed by both Skoda and Paul C at Listers.
Handover was painless, well except for the deposit payment!!
This is the fourth car from here in nearly as many years. Will be looking for a few more possibly in 2021.

the overall experience was great , from the moment we visited the showroom , Paul was attentive , helpful and treated us with respect.
The Showroom felt safe in the current climate. We left details and the type of car we were looking for, two weeks later we get a call and the car and service we received hit all the right buttons, hence we purchased the Skoda Karoq. Price was fair, Car was clean in all senses.
Very positive experience , I will have no concerns is revisiting Listers at Coventry next time we are looking to exchange.
Paul Wilson , knew his cars and was one of the key reasons we purchased the car, remembering my name, knew precisely what we wanted etc etc.

I contacted Listers Skoda Coventry to garner more information about the Skoda Kamiq on the Motability scheme.
The kind secretary put me through to Phil. He was polite,courteous and informative. Answering any queries. Consequently an appointment was made promptly to discuss further.
On attending the appointment. I felt at ease and there was no rushing or upselling. Phil explained each step of the simplified process clearly. Using calculations, Ipad and PC monitor regularly to show data.
Phil has a vast array of knowledge and this was tested to the maximum, as I changed the car i was interested in initially.
He sourced the right vehicle for me locally. The service overall was thoroughly exceptional given the current climate nationally. Phil assisted in a conducive manner to meet my aims and enable them into fruition.
High level service. Yes carpark is small. Yet large enough to drive away in a fantastic car.

We are always treated with courtesy. We have been customers for around twelve years and we chose Listers for our Skoda mobility vehicle. Paul Wilson has been our contact person over all those years and cannot be faulted for his attention to details. AVOID. Booked in for major service + mot. What can I say worst experience for such a simple thing, advertised price match not willing to honor it, changing extra for whats included elsewhere missing simple visual checks. Bought the car from here 5 years ago not happy how that was handled either. DON'T BUY SKODA, DON'T USE LISTERS!!!!!

I have been using Listers Skoda Coventry for a number of years now and I have absolutely no complaints. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The service video footage they provide is a nice touch and gives you piece of mind that everything has been performed as it should.
In the past when I've had a issue with the car, they have taken it in promptly, diagnosed the problem and sorted it in a quick and professional manor.
The overall customer service is one of the reasons I continue to buy Skodas.

I was helped by Adam at Listers Skoda in Coventry and the experience was fantastic. I had visited two car ‘supermarkets’ and found them to be a little too pressure-heavy and was bit turned off by that. Once I popped in to see Adam at Listers I instantly felt welcomed and that comforting feeling was reflected in every step of the process. Jack sorted all the aspects of our finance and he was also fantastic. Top notch service and we’ve ended up with a dream car that we didn’t think would fall into our budget! Great work!

Exemplary service for my MOT and service visit. Both Claire and Stephanie on the Service Desk ensured that I was kept fully advised by text at all times, with an accurate estimate of the time it would take to complete the work. All documentation was ready and waiting and explained in full. They both remembered that I am hearing impaired, hence the texts and take the time to make sure I can understand our conversations. My vehicle was returned fully valeted and spotlessly clean. It is always a pleasure to deal with Listers and I fully recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

I genuinely can't fault any of the service I've had from Skoda. I've never found a dealership like Skoda who put customers at the heart of everything. The staff provide exemplary service and go way above and beyond for the customers. As soon as you walk in you feel the warmth and greeted by staff. I would highly recommend Listers Skoda soo much!!!! I've always had a great rapport with most of the staff and if anybody is in need for a Skoda (which may I say are superb cars now, and are very reliable cars) then I would recommend speaking to Paul Wilson. He's always been open and honest with me and is excellent at his job. He's even known by other car dealers and his impressive service record follows him. But I would like to Thank him and all the staff for all their assistance and I still will definitely be using the dealership regularly!
