I found it a real pleasure from my first phone call to picking up my car. I dealt with Phil Booth from the very start. I found him not only to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable but also very patient. He listened to my initial queries, gave me different options and most importantly gave me the space and time needed to digest the information. I will also like to mention Jack Stubbs, the retail manager who explained the finance options to me in a very clear manner without applying any pressure.
I would certainly recommend Listers of Coventry to anyone looking to replace their car or interested in purchasing a ŠKODA, you will n look ot find nicer people to do business with.

From start to finish the service was excellent, the sales man Phil boothe & James the manager were very helpful, honest and guided us through every step of buying the Skoda yeti. We have had a lot of issues with other garages but this one exceeded the lot.
As we live a fair distance away from the Coventry garage Phil sent us a video of inside and outside the car explaining all its features which gave us a really good look at the car we were interested in.
When we change the other Skoda which is in the family we would not hesitate to go to these good people again.

Good service at a good price. I love my 300bhp Skoda and I can’t think of another car that you could get at this price with this level of power and comfort and costs this less to run. Cheap insurance (although I had to shop around) and cheap running costs (fuel bill aside). As a customer I get the feeling of being looked after like I would in an expensive premium make car. In fact I have friends with premium model cars who are disappointed with their dealership. Not me!

The garage service is very good. You are kept informed at every stage and made aware of any problems as they occur. The free safety check is really welcome, and informs you by video of any aspects which may affect the safety of your vehicle and what needs to be done to put them right, plus the cost and urgency of doing so.
Staff are very courteous and helpful, and the car is even cleaned before being returned to you.
I've had my car serviced at Listers Skoda at Coventry for a number of years now, and will continue to do so.

The car was taken in on the day and time arranged.
A look around the car was done to record any exterior / interior flaws, luckily none.
I was contacted around the time time the time the service was due to finish and I arranged to pick it up (They would have collected it but the garage is close by, so I dropped it in). I was given a tick sheet highlighting items checked and a condition report, all satisfactory. I then received a short video from the service dept pointing out the under body condition, suspension, brake pads and tyres, all okay. A smooth process, with a car wash and brush up included.

An extremly welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the place. The Receptionist smiles and askes how she can help and shows me to a comfortable waiting area where she provides me with a cup of freshly brewed tea for the short wait. Phil my Salesman is soon with me, warm handshaks and carries my tea to his desk area, his discrete trophies say to me he's a top salesman and knows his stuff.
I tell him what I want and he is soon consulting his IT to tell me he's found exactly what I'm looking for currently steaming it's way towards our shores! Now for the haggle bit! Not a problem, he already knows that I've seen the 'Black Friday' adds with the special discounts and of my stipulation to pay a smaller monthly sum than the one presently! After several 'chats' with his Sales Manager my parameters are met and the deal's done much to my great satisfaction.

Superb service from Adam and Jack.
Took the effort to understand what I wanted and find the car that suited what I wanted. Speed of delivery was important and they were able to suggest a sensible compromise and the deal was very good.
I live 2 miles from a Skoda dealer but was more than happy to travel 20 miles to Listers. The much improved service is worth travelling for.
Would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Bought a ex-demo here and collected last Saturday. Our sales assistant, Phil Booth, couldn't have been more pleasant.
A couple of quibbles for the trade in general: would it be too difficult to present a car, when collecte,d with a full tank? In addition, perhaps checking that the window leaning reservoirs were full might also iron out minor irritations.

Good experience. We had to wait whilst vehicle device was undertaken and as I only drink stronghold coffee and the machine coffee was to weak for me, the receptionist Mindy made me a strong one. The service was carried out and we were surprised that the vehicle was gleaming as they had washed it! Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We came in on sunday 10th November to Listers Skoda in Coventry and was met by Phil Booth who was very quick and efficient in getting us out for a test drive in the Skoda Yeti. It was the perfect car and all the controls were explained very thoroughly. I fell in love with the car and purchased it. I picked it up on thursday 14th and he went through all the paperwork as quickly as he could, covering everything I needed to know about the car. Very helpful and would definitely deal with them again.

I had a puncture on the way to work (nail in tyre, so only slowly leaking).
I work about 1/4 mile from Listers Skoda Coventry so rang them to see if they could do an urgent repair.
They asked me to drop the car in immediately and said they would get straight onto it.
Less than an hour later I had a call saying that it was repaired.
When I enquired about the cost, they said no charge. Wow! Did not expect that kind of customer care!

Fantastic service! The salesman I dealt with (Phil Booth) went through everything with me in detail and could easily answer any of my questions - and I had quite a few! The test drive went well and I bought a Fabia SE estate - just what I wanted as I had previously investigated the various models. Have only had it for a day and have found it very easy to drive. I feel reassured that I can return to the garage any time for technical help and can also ring up Phil for advice, if required. I wanted to buy a ŠKODA Kodiaq, and having searched for months I finally found the vehicle I’d been looking for. Only one problem, I’m in Liverpool, they’re in Coventry. After a couple of emails, I was sent a short video of the vehicle, by one of the salesmen Adam Cox. To be honest the video sealed the deal, but sorting out payment for a car over a hundred miles away was unnerving to say the least. This is where Adam really went above and beyond. After a two and a half hour train journey from Liverpool to Coventry, Adam was waiting at the station for us. He took us to see the car at Listers, then drove us to Nuneaton so I could transfer the money from my bank. This was still nerve wracking, but a lot less so than the original idea of transferring the money twenty four hours before laying eyes on the vehicle. Anyway, this only took around ten minutes to sort. We then went back to Listers to await the payment to clear. During this time Adam sorted out the online car tax payment for me (I’d previously had Motability vehicles for the past twelve years) because I had no idea how to do this. After signing a few forms, registering the car etc Adam then spent around half an hour going through the vehicles various (of which there are a lot!) features. Then we were ready to drive home, with half a tank of fuel thrown in! So if you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy car dealership, then I can’t recommend Listers highly enough, excellent from start to finish. Very highly recommended!!!

Listers Skoda are always charming and friendly and they have an excellent customer service ethic. I recently had a warranty part replacement and am very happy with the job. They tacked a service onto the end and cleaned the car - which is more than I did for the courtesy car, I'm ashamed to say. As a sweet finale, they discovered my mobile phone, forgotten but not lost, in the courtesy car and are just about to deliver it to my work address. Top marks!
