Friendly staff. Very helpful.

The interim service and MOT on my Skoda octavia was a very pleasant experience. I live in Rugby and the dealership arranged free collection and return which was really helpful. Plenty of helpful updates througout the day. Car was collected at 11 and returned by 4pm. No complaints at all and good price even compared with local independents, Kwikfit etc.

Very friendly professional staff, very happy with the service received from Phil Booth. Would buy a car from Skoda Coventry again.

all i can say is any offers the sales men offer make sure they give you it in writen as when it comes to claim it they relent on it. never by a skoda from them again no good complaining they just white wash over and blame other departments

Excellent service from Listers Skoda. went in on a Sunday just 45 minutes before they should have been closing. Nothing was too much trouble. They stayed an hour later than they should have done and consequently I bought the car when I hadn't really intended to!

I absolutely love skoda Coventry, the staff, the service is beyond excellent. Nothing is too much, and they will go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. The manager at skoda Coventry, Mark Taplin is a very approachable, friendly, very professional, and easily a good down to earth honest guy, and again will do absolutely anything he can to help. You can clearly see how happy the staff are working for and alongside Mr Taplin, which says a lot. We have been helped by Adam Cox our sales guy for the 2nd time now, I actually wouldn't want to see anyone else because we have easily grown a good trust and relationship with Adam because he will look into everything to make sure we get a car and deal we are happy and comfortable with. Nothing is too much trouble for Adam or Mark. I cannot praise these guys enough. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Adam, Mark and also Naomi Hill who sat and explained all I needed to understand about gap insurance and who is lovely lady. Thank you all so very much for making our experience with skoda so easy again, also the service dept too who come collect our skoda from home and deliver it back to us when the service is done, all gleaming like it's just come out of the showroom. Recently had my van MOT'd here, great service. Needed a quick turn around, they managed to book me in on the same day and completed the MOT while I waited. Would definitely recommend.

After four years it's time to change my Freelander 2. Read the reviews and registered my details with Listers to test Drive a Kodiac . When passing this morning dropped into have a look at one. Shown to a car and discussed what I was looking for. When I informed the salesman that as well as arranging a test drive if I proceeded before purchasing a car I would want an extended test may be four hours or so to properly look at the car and see if I could live with it things for the next four years things started to go down hill. Next I asked to start the vehicle so I could view some of the cars gadgets. He response he would have to start it and I would have to get out of the car. I complied and the car was started but when I asked to get back behind the wheel to view what was on offer he refused because the keys had to stay in his possession. It a proximity key so would not have been a problem but by this stage I found the lack of trust more than a little irritating so decided that if they displayed such a severe lack of trust in me why should I trust them after all I'm just the bloke looking to spend 35k+on a car. Their lack of trust is compounded by the fact that my full details are registered with them for a test drive my and current car a Land Rover Freelander was parked on their forecourt. It was serviced by another listers branch so that's my details on their database again. Also in the past I have Purchased VWs from Listers, some might view me as a perfect candidate as a customer. Looking forward I might well buy a Kodiac but not from this branch of Listers. Update June 2019 purchased my new Kodiaq from Skoda Worcester.

Popped in here twice. Once for a rose of the used cars and once to buy some antifreeze. Both times found the staff helpful & friendly. Will be going back.
