What would have been a 5 star review is only 4 so still fairly good but could have done better. Friendly helpful staff and a fairly pain free experience. Job Done? Not quite, service book not stamped or updated even though it was sitting on the passenger seat, and for £260 I would have expected the interior to be cleaned, but mud and leaves were still present on return...

First but not our last visit to this professional friendly dealership.
Spoke to Adam on the phone on Sunday morning and took a trip over there. Adam was really friendly and explained the features of the cars we were looking at thoroughly.
We took the chosen car for a really good test drive and decided to purchase.
The whole transaction was very easy with everything being taken care of from start to finish.
Car is amazing so I am a very happy customer.

Excellent car-buying experience. In our case, my wife and I had a particular nearly-new model in mind but wanted to test drive it to make sure it was right for us. Got a great demonstration by a salesman who was very knowledgeable and did not talk down to us (he could tell we've both been around cars for a long time). The dealership made the paperwork as easy as possible and we are delighted with our Skoda Fabia.

buying a new car can be a bit daunting, we can quite honestly say that the whole experience we had was easy never at any stage did we feel pressurised and we were welcomed as soon as we stepped into the showroom.

Very good sales team, taking care to explain everything very openly and as far as I can judge honestly. Slight glitch , a fault on the car just after pick up, dealt with immediately necessitating their keeping the car - so we were given the boss's car as interim (because it was auto, not because we were special customers, though we felt a bit like that!)

Octavia running poorly. They serviced it and told me I needed to spend another £65 to find the fault. I paid the extra £65 and they said it needed a new clutch and flywheel and would cost about £1700. I took it to a mechanic friend (Jaguar specialist not Skoda). Immediately identified the problem as an air flow sensor. 15 mins work and cost me only £70. This garage will scam you and find faults for your money. Beware.

Excellent service, as usual. Went in to get a faulty key diagnosed under warranty - needed to be reprogrammed - but car given a free safety inspection and wash as well. Nice cup of tea while I was waiting, but I will be glad when your showroom updates are completed, as I was going to spend some time having a look at my replacement options.

They were never pushy during the actual purchasing of the car. I never felt pressured into buying add- ons although they did outline clearly all available options. I would highly recommend Listers.

This Dealership came highly recommended and I saw why. I was expected, and from the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome from a young man who offered me something to drink. I met Paul Walker and instantly realised that here is a man who is genuine and sincere... a huge relief as it's well known that when car salesmen see a single woman their approach changes.
Throughout my time spent discussing the car, my needs, expectations, etc, Paul listened and reassured me when test driving the Skoda CitiGo . (What a beauty she is!).
Both Paul and Naomi took care and time to give me accurate information and to provide me with the best financial deal available. Paul also advised me that Skoda provide a generous 5 day insurance cover whilst I sort out car insurance my end which I took advantage of. The other Paul (financial) took time to answer my queries and had the grace to laugh at my jokes.
I am hugely grateful to the team at Listers Skoda, Coventry and will be recommending this Dealership to others. Also, I had the impression that everyone helps out their colleagues and though individual sales figures are key, the team supports each other. This is rare and yet very welcome to the customer.

Service and MOT yesterday, very friendly and efficient staff. The little touches like engineers video report and info from the office first class.
Although my car failed MOT I was advised to replace a tyre and that I could then bring it back in for a retest. This took place today and I came home with a pass certificate, all in a very short space of time.
Enjoyed the free drinks.

Went to test drive a vehicle there, spend unwanted time discussing the purchase lease options and specing the vehicle while we were not actually sure if we like it on the first place as we didn’t test drive the car prior to these questions. I am the other half who needs to approve the vehicle and I was made to sit in the back during the test drive. I never sat on any of the other test drives on the back and I don’t care it’s insurance policies. How am I supposed to decide I like it or not being forced to sit on the back when I’ll never be on the back! I was actually the person to convince whether we buy that car or not but you guys focus on pampering the driver. Thanks for your ignorance. We’re going elsewhere.

Our experience with the Listers customer service has been very good indeed. It makes the eye-watering bill even seem more palatable! (In fairness, we had had a lot of work done, so the bill was fair for what had been done.) A nice touch is the video report on what the mechanics find during their inspection.
Second review, approximately a year after the last one. We continue to be very, very satisfied with the service we get from Listers Skoda, Coventry. This time the car was in for an engine management dashboard light alert. The handbook advised not to drive other than to take to a dealer for investigations and remedial action. First pleasant surprise was that Listers were able to offer us an appointment for the next but one working day. Secondly, not unreasonably we were expecting this to be an expensive issue. Far from it: It was sorted for us at an unbelievably low cost. Thank you Listers. Also, we were impressed with the comprehensive video health check on the car. Excellent service all round.

I am a huge huge fan of the Skoda Brand. I brought my first car 3 years ago and was extremely happy with my purchase. The staff then were fantastic.
3 years on I am looking to upgrade. The staff were better than the previous time. Extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted and at a price I wanted to pay. Jack and Naomi were both a real pleasure to deal with. Buying a car with Skoda is painless with none of the usual nonsense that people associate with car sales.

Forecourt nicely laid out with a good selection of used cars on display, all looking immaculate.Entering the property it was warm, well lit and inviting with some lovely cars inside. Didn't wait long before i met ADAM, and what a nice guy. I explained i was drawn through the door by the offer which was shown on the side of a Fabia outside and there was one of those cars in the showroom to look at. Having filled me and my son with coffee we sat with Adam whilst he went through the car and the deal on the car in depth. There was no push, no hard sell at any time. Adam was professional, effective, positive and knowledgeable. We went through the finances in detail and the various options available in a clear concise manner which left me without doubts or questions. I found the whole experience hugely enjoyable. I asked Adam about a model on the forecourt. He took me and showed me around, explaining the differences between that the the model in the showroom. Nothing as too much trouble for him. I eventually selected that model, the Monte Carlo. We went back to the office and i did the deal. Adam explained when the car should arrive with him ( in fact the delivery was earlier than quote) and i went through the paperwork with Simon, another gentleman. Again Simon went to great length to ensure i fully understood what i was signing up to, nothing being too much trouble for him. I left Listers like i was walking on air! I had regular updates from Adam and on the day of collection he picked me up from Nuneaton to take me to get the car. Once again we sat and went through the aspects of the car and again i did the final paperwork with Simon. Adam then took me outside to the car and spent time going through the features of the car with me which took a good few minutes. All the cars knobs, switches, dials, gauges and functions were explained to me in detail so that when the time came i left the forecourt with confidence. Adam offered his services at any time and if i had any queries or concerns t contact him directly. He has also contacted me post sale to see how things are going. I am so glad i chose Listers and Skoda for my new car and with Adam and Simon they have a winning team at the helm. Highly recommended to anyone. You might nor want a Skoda when you arrive at Listers but you will when you leave.

The Sales executive Phil Booth was excellent knowledgeable and articulate, thoughtful so was the sales manager couldn't fault them, the only problem I find is the string of extras they try and sell insurances etc. really put me off, this is the only reason I haven't given Listers Skoda at Coventry five stars.

Always great service. Prices probably a bit more expensive than you local garage shop but this it to be expected. Skoda stamp costs a bit more. Prepare for a long waiting time if your car goes for service but coffee and biscuits avaliable while you're waiting. All good.
