Changing pharmacy to Mann’s at wood borough road mapperley is the best thing I did. Jessy is the most helpful , patient and attentive person. Always ready to give advice and listens carefully to what my needs are. My elderly mum now also goes to Jessy for that reason and he has helped her enormously. His pharmacy knowledge is expansive and his years of experience are plain to see. Thank you sooo much Jessy.

I used this pharmacy quite recently and my experience so far has been brilliant. Jessy was attentive and helpful. He took the time to listen and understand which meant I received the best customer service. Unlike other pharmacies where the staff have been rather robotic I have found that this pharmacy is welcoming and more so due to Jessy. I would and, indeed have, recommended the pharmacy to friends and family. Many thanks.

I moved over to Manns pharmacy earlier this year when the lockdown had started. Id moved home and this was the closest pharmacy to me. The place is clean and tidy and staff are welcoming. I spoke to the pharmacy manager Jessy who was very polite and we had a conversation about my medication as I had a few questions on the new meds. He asked a lot of questions and asked if it was ok to try and get hold of my doctor as he felt that the dosage may not be correct. I was happy for him to help. After getting hold of my gp I was advised there had been an error and the dosage was changed. I dont usually right reviews but with the current situation we are in and not being able to see the doctor face to face im glad i chose this pharmacy as my previous place would never really ask many questions and just tell me what was on the sticker like a tick box exercise. Thank you for spotting this and helping me!

I'm updating my review after a bad experience with a locum pharmacist, which brought me to leave negative feedback. After that occasion for unwanted circumstances I had to use Manns pharmacy again. Despite my feedback every member of the team have been extremely helpful and kind showing no resentment.

Dire pharmacy needed prescription urgently for the weekend today Friday. Partners health at risk prescription sent via GP directly was told they're closed by a guy unloading the van who couldn't care less. Do not use this pharmacy at all costs apparently they were closed yesterday causing major problems for GP surgery. AVOID go to Wells pharmacy who are well aware of the problems Manns are having. Thanks for nothing I had to get another script and go to a REAL pharmacy. This one needs to close it's as dangerous as the go surgery next door

I have been going to this Pharmacy for 5+ years now. Extremely professional, welcoming and caring. Would highly recommend as the staff, especially Pam and Pharmacist are so helpful.
In my opinion you go in feeling poorly and come out feeling cared for.
Without the help and services they have given me over the years I would not be here today. ????

Was very scared yesterday as every chemist had ran out of my asthma medicine because everyone is overbooking and the stock is low ... the pharmacist was brilliant and came up with a solution to change to higher dosage less times and he had one left of the higher dose ... I will fetch today and can stop worrying .. amazing service

Dont expect anything less than the Spanish Inquisition when purchasing even non OTC medicines. Cetirizine and even Calpol will seemingly raise concern. Requests for drugs I can find readily available off the shelf at any supermarket to treat aches, pains and allergies are met with quizzical and deeply suspicious questioning.
I have taken my business elsewhere.
