In my experience this is the best pharmacy in Nottingham by a considerable distance. The staff are extremely polite, efficient and interested in helping members of the community. It is always a pleasure to speak with any member of the pharmacy team. They really know their business and they serve their customers with total professionalism and courtesy. This is the real difference one notices between a well-run independent business at the heart of the local community versus the big national multiples.

They've got a good selection of products at reasonable prices and there's great customer service and the staff's nice.
Though they could be a bit more organized when it comes to prescriptions.
The last two times I've been there it had already been taken and they had absolutely no clue and the next time part of the prescription had been forgotten about and left in the fridge.
Still, I'll come here again

Poor service, poor attitude ... they promise to provide a blister pack only to not do it when prescription arrives. excuse they used was poor and wholly inappropriate. Really very poor customer service. I will no doubt be changing my chemist

Waited a week for my prescription during Covid 19 panic, pharmacist informed me it had gone back to my doctors surgery, who later denied this had happend then said they didn't know when they could get prescription. Extremely rude over the phone when I queried this.

I have been using this pharmacy for the entire time I have been n the UK which has been ten years. They know me personally by name which is great. They always know my needs and in fact they are so good often they have my medication waiting for me even before I have told them I am running out. It is like they have a good working knowledge of my needs. I don't know what I would do without them. I'd be lost. Please don't close on me. I need you.

Terrible customer service! I was sold a faulty product and when I tried to return it the staff were rude, patronising and refused to give me a refund. When I tried to argue my consumer rights they walked away from me saying they 'weren't going to waste any more time arguing with me' and I had to accept I wasn't going to get a refund! I was previously a regular customer here and will now be taking my custom elsewhere.
