Terrible customer service had to wait for the pharmacist to return in order to purchase me product. So what exactly is the point of the other staff? Not to mention she was just down right awful, sort your face out you miserable woman.

DON'T GO TO THE PHARMACY IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR YOUR MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY ALWYAS FORGET HALF OF YOUR MEDICATION IF IT IS YOUR NEAREST I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO SEE IF IT IS ALL THERE AND TO MAKESURE IT IS YOURS. THE STAFF ARE SO MOODY I CAN'T BEGAIN TO TELL YOU NO PARKING AVAILABLE THERE IT ALL ON STREET PARKING.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, unfortunately it's my local. Every time I go in I leave vowing never to return. They are simply rude and unhelpful, consistent with the last 3 times I've been in over a couple of years. Today I asked for a suggestion to ease my boys tonsilitis. Nothing, no advice, no over counter meds, no gargle suggestion. They managed to say 2 letters. GP. They could do with training in customer care.

Rude incompetent, unhelpful staff, prescriptions not filled then blame doctor, prescriptions lost in shop and take ages to find because they do not have a system.
