Clean and unique business park.

I made a deal with an associate from this establishment (The Design Center) on Facebook marketplace. I PayPal sent a deposit to hold the item on Saturday. The listing only had one picture and I was told that I would receive more pictures and a video Monday which was today. I received the video and noticed that there was a little damage on the pole that was not visible in the pictures. I asked the associate if they would be willing to knock off $100 because of the damage and she said that she would speak with her manager and let me know. Instead I was notified that the barber pole has was sold and my deposit was going to be returned. The reason was because someone LOCAL offered more money for it! The fact that it has already been sold and deposit made blew my mind. I let her know that the damage wasn’t a dealbreaker I was just looking for The establishment to possibly work with me considering that it wasn’t visible and now seems like was be hidden. The associate was apologetic and stated that she would have a manager contact me. When she called me she was very standoffish and accused me of threatening the associate! She then told me that the decision was already made. I expressed how unprofessional this whole experience has been and she stated “I’m not gonna go back and fourth with you” before hanging up in my face! This is a very very poorly managed and operated establishment. Management and staff are not on the same page with one another hence this whole mess. The manager was very rude and unhelpful to say the least. Take your business elsewhere where it would be appreciated.

Was there after hours. Drooled thru the Windows. Very interesting!

Favorite of the design centers. Good location with easy parking.

This design center is very luxurious and high class. You can find some unique, quality pieces here.

Great unique products, furniture, design ideas. Good discoumts but upscale expensive.

If a designer, architect or homeowner, a must place to visit!
