Be very careful when using this chemist especially when putting in a repeat request they are very quick to blame the customer for a fault of their own and very quick to give a cover story, unfortunately i recieved this treatment today and they tried to make out i didnt request the medication correctly even though i had stated 4 times what was needed and asked for a note to be put on the record for future purpose, clearly this didnt happen and being a dispenser myself its not nice knowing this happen. To top it off i had to wait 25 minutes for a couple of items because the pharmacist thinks her mobile phone inside the dispensary has higher prority over her customers and doesn't even apologise for making you wait longer than necessary. Its a shame really because it gives us pharmacy dispensers a bad name. I must say though not all the staff there are bad . Its just a shame i used to really like using this place ????

Walks in take so long like no one really cares in here. People queuing in the rain outside and they still aren't bothered.

Absolutely rubbish, kept waiting while this ignorant assistant thought it was more important to open a jar of sweets. Surely as things are at present, in and out as quickly as possible is the way to go.
