I have just phoned for a prescription on my wife's behalf and was greated with a abrupt and totally unprofessional telephone manner. The rude lady was uninformative on the first occasion and put the phone down on me. I phoned again and asked for more detail she was very abrupt with information and I asked her to have a better telephone manner. She said she was ill and I retorted that she wasn't on her own and the lady proceeded to put the phone down again . Rowlands pharmacy I suggest you re train this lady or employ people who want to do the job and cope with day to day duties of pharmaceutical work . If you was in my profession you wouldn't be employed long.

Supposed to open at 9am but I had to leave at 9:10am as still not open and I am a disabled frontline worker. I do not know when I can get the much needed perscription now. Always have bad experience with them, rude, lazy etc.

Absolutely disgusted with the 'lady' in this pharmacy.. How rude and undermining.. I will now go to another pharmacy as this is not the first time she has had attitude.. Such a shame as the young girl is lovely..
Change of staff is needed.. I will be letting my friends and family know about this..

Totally unorganised very bad system needs updating cant believe that peoples medicines are placed in plastic bags and hung up and put on the floor its no wonder they can never find anything . The staff need replacing too obviously not been trained on how to deal with members of the public . Time to get organised and lay the shop out better, could get rid of the sale items and expand the pharmacy

Every time I have been to the Rowlands pharmacy I’ve had a bad experience with the pharmacist, she’s rude and not what is expected as a customer. This woman has glasses and short light brown hair, I recommend going to any other pharmacy.
