Do not use this retailer's online ordering system to pick up in store unless you are absolutely certain about your purchase! Whilst it is possible to pick up in store many of the stores you can collect from do not accept returns from online sales. Unacceptable in this day and age of online trading!

Went to buy some shoes today. Staff were arguing amongst each other, talking like they're in a grime video. One reeked of the worst body odour I've ever encountered (!) Eventually brought me the wrong size shoes; in the end I left as couldn't be arsed with the bad attitude during a routine shopping trip. Will buy the same shoes elsewhere.

Poor service in the women’s shoe department. Assistants swapped part way through service and got to the point where I thought they had forgotten that they were serving me. Limited understanding of products. I left the store and went to Cotswolds.

I really find blacks hit and miss. Especially since they've been having a sale for the past (what feels like 2 years) however many months. They have some stuff which is ok (the north face) but that's about it. All of it seems to be the same price and everything that you want isn't on sale, of overprice. So it's ok.
