The clothes here are really well priced and there are lots of options. However, the queues are really long a lot of the time, and it kind of ruins the experience. They should get more people on the tills during busy periods, rather than walking round the store.

I visited the reserved store for the first time whilst meeting Tanya burr and it was delightful. There was a continuous supply of caramel popcorn and hot mulled apple juice in a reserved cup, I mean all in all a very positive experience!

Compared to other Oxford street shops it offers slighltly better shopping experience at it is more spacious and you can really have a look at clothes. I wish the choice was better (you can find more clothes online) but I guess it would then not be so pleasantly roomy.

Clean, spacious, well priced shop that dares to stand out a bit more then your standard Top Shop or H&M. Quality is great for the price with some very unusual as well as more modest designs. If Londoners and travel shoppers will give this shop a chance I believe it will be a huge success. Must go if you're on Oxford Street!
