I can’t recommend Surrey Bathroom Studio enough. I bought a bathroom from there a few years ago, received great service then, just recently I needed some after sales help, they dug out my details, ordered the replacement part and got it to us during lockdown. Really helpful and know their stuff!!

Very helpful and great service. I needed to make some quick decisions for my en-suite as my fitter was unexpectedly available early. The team worked well with my fitter and communication was great around delivery etc. The suggestions and products supplied have resulted in a great looking en-suite bathroom. Very happy.

The work quality was reasonable despite 3 month overrun, but then was informed that the 12 month guarantee was no longer valid because the company was sold to someone else. Tried to speak to company to clarify but no engagement and wouldn’t even call me back. I would avoid for any work of any type as a result.

Ben designed our family bathroom for us. Was very patient with me over my colour deliberations and ensured we were happy with each aspect. We had our own builder and Surrey Bathrooms and James their warehouse manager was really helpful when he had some technical questions and a small problem with needing to swap a pair of radiator valves. Nice company to deal with and would recommend.

Outstanding! The care and attention given to our bathroom design by David was great. He listened and responded to all our requests, came up with original ideas and took all the time to develop the perfect design solution for our complete refurb project and he did not tire out when we asked for more and more tile samples to choose from. We placed the order with Surrey Bathroom Studio and everything was delivered on schedule; the result speaks for the high quality standards. We also needed to change one item (mirror) due to a manufacturing issue and again David was perfect in dealing with our request. I highly commend Surrey Bathroom.

Very helpful and friendly company to deal with. David, our designer, had some great ideas and we are delighted with the finished bathroom.
The whole team, including James, the warehouse manager, have been incredibly supportive throughout the process of our builder fitting the bathroom. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. David came up with some great suggestions to make the most of the limited space in our bathroom and cloakroom, then Peter and Damian the fitters worked their magic to make the plans / drawings a reality. Arran effectively project managed the whole thing and despite some real curved balls being thrown at him, he was never phased and thought through each.problem. Nothing was too much trouble for Arran and he responded immediately when any queries were raised. All the team have a can do attitude which is so refreshing these days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and you can be guaranteed the highest level of personal attention and a superb finish.

Nothing was too much trouble for Arran and his team. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly with an installation team I'd give six stars to if I could. By way of comparison we had our kitchen fitted by John Lewis; Surrey Bathroom Studio beat them hands down on all counts!

Bought a house that needed a full refurbishment. We sat down with a member of staff for a good while and discussed dimensions etc for a new kitchen and bathroom. After waiting for a good length of time we were told it would take the gentleman too long To do whilst we waited and that he would be in touch by email or phone with a possible plan. We waited and and didnt recieve a call or email....they clearly didnt need our business. An absolute waste of our time. Plenty of other businesses to choose from that are a lot more reliable.

I came across the Surrey Bathroom Studio purely by chance (drove past). After receiving less than enthusiastic service from other bathroom showrooms it was a breath of fresh air to walk in and feel like all the worries of designing and selecting products for my three bathrooms was taken away.
Martin was extremely helpful in offering various different layouts for our bathrooms and our products. He has also been extremely understanding when we have changed our plans several times as our ideas evolved over time – with 3 bathrooms and a downstairs loo – it’s hard to get them all right first time around. We even had to change a few items as when they were delivered we realised we had made a mistake and they arranged for alternatives without a quibble.
The service provided by Surrey Bathroom Studio has far surpassed our expectations. They are helpful, knowledgeable, flexible, responsive, and seem to do anything they can to help. It really has been a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of your project.

I had 3 bathrooms to kit-out on a new build plus a couple of WCs and on the whole, found that Surrey Bathroom Studio was very helpful, very reasonable and accommodating. There were some mix ups (what's been delivered vs what's in stock seemed to be difficult to track) but these were all sorted out without too much hassle.
