Deep and the team were brilliant from start to finish. We were refurbishing a large house for the first time and were bamboozled by the amount of choice when it came to baths, taps, showers and radiators.
We decided to pop in to Aston Matthews in Guildford and Deep and Diana were super attentive and helpful and steered us in the right direction without breaking the bank. We ended up going with AM for 2 large bathrooms, a cloakroom as well as traditional radiators for the entire house. They stock traditional but also some more quirky items - we loved the brass taps we went for for the cloakroom.

My client ordered taps from Aston Mathews and the taps did not match. When I contacted them the 2 guys I spoke to were quite rude and lacking in customer service skills. The taps I installed and received were good, but to think I was going to fit taps that did not match in a high end bathroom is strange. They need to improve greatly.

I have been dealing with Aston Matthews for the past 4/5 years and in particular Deep. Such unbelievable service! Nothing was a problem. They carry a fine range of products and produced many and varied bespoke items. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Aston Matthews and Deep deserves 10/10 for customer service.

We recently visited the Guildford showroom and we were really impressed with the range and displays and you had exactly the look we were after for our Bathroom we are renovating. The team were really helpful, knowledgeable and professional and the process was swift and easy from ordering to delivery. We will certainly be back, great products (we want it all) and a good customer experience. Would definitely recommend.

I had fabulous speedy service with choosing, ordering and delivery of goods for three bathrooms. Really helpful staff at the Guildford branch answered questions and advised and subsequently arranged delivery and resolved issues very quickly and satisfactorily. Will definitely be using them again for next project.

I have recently got all my bathrooms redesigned , and have ordered products from Aston Matthews Guildford. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and listened to my requirements. The showroom has a variety of products which are of a very high quality, and what I loved was that they had a variety of price ranges so I went slightly cheaper for the 4 ensuites, however for the main bathroom and W/C went for the higher ended products - which was fab! will definitely be using them again ! Thank you to the team .

Strictly for those looking for something different and willing to pay asking prices. Products are contemporary and quirky enough to warrant a visit. Other traditional items are also available, but they may not hold the range or brand you need. On the other hand, they may have just what you are looking for. Enjoy.

I have bought from the Islington showroom before so great to now have Aston Matthews closer to home. I visited the new shop yesterday and was really impressed by this smart new bathroom showroom in what used to be the Cath Kidston shop. Staff were friendly and helpful and obviously very proud of the new setting. There are some lovely displays. Worth a visit
