Today I have taken my baby to be pierced her ears here. I was very impressed on the staff Luisa Spicer,very kind,enthusiastic,gentle,polite....wonderful! Though her shop was extremely busy when I came but she was very gentle and respectful. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Even some people who can't speak and understand English well, I do believe they will make you satisfied as I was. Thank you so much for your amazing job on my baby today.

Claire's accessory is pricey but the stuff is stylish.
Although it is for teenagers, I still get drawn to buy stuff from there like wallets, bags etc.
It is nice when they have some sales every now and then.

I went to get a gift card for a friend, but incompetent staff messed it up and made me pay for a gift certificate which is essentially a receipt. So for Christmas my friend will receive a skimpy receipt? I asked for a refund, that I specifically asked for a gift card as the cashier acknowledged. Store manager refused refund and failed to apologize for the mistake, talk about Christmas spirit. Won't be shopping at Claire's anymore, disappointed and very embarrassed at the waste of time, as the paper receipt will also deteriorate faster than a gift card.
Also just found out the gift certificate starts from 7/18??? This is insane.

Popped in today to get my son's ear piercing the assistant was brilliant my son has dyspraxia so can get nervous so was asking loads of questions and was a little bit scared but she answered everything and reassured him throughout the whole process

Nothing wrong with the shop but on my visit there were 2 assistants in the store a helpful lady and a rather unhelpful man(earrings and a necklace on), who acted like a customer needing help was an inconvenience for him. Won't be returning.
