As per usual NRMA have excellent call out service. I used my road assist for my new car who have everything contracted to their service people, the gentleman who came and assisted was professional courteous and extremely kind.

I've been with NRMA roadside service for over 6 years that's including my comprehensive insurance with them. One of the best customer service in the industry. The mechanics always happy to answer any of my questions, yes you are paying for a premium for a roadside assistance but in the long run they saved me money on certain repairs and even doing free repairs that they didn't ask any extra payments for it. Totally recommend them to anyone.

We had Jay, Max and Terry come out and they were all the nicest, patient people. We had a very positive experience. They even checked back in with us to see if the van was working. A new battery and it works!!! Thank you Jay, Max, Terry. Terry made the final call and it was a great one!

Caused a fair amount of damage to my vehicle when trying to unlock the car. Chipped paint and scratching all through the inside of the door. They attended the vehicle 3 times and on the claim we put through have come back and said they only attended once which they somehow knew the vehicle was deadlocked. Which is literally impossible unless you make an attempt to get into the car. Took them close to a month to "investigate", which consisted of asking the patrol men if they had even attempted to get in or attend. Which ofcourse there is no chance they will admit to damaging a vehicle. Terrible service and lying staff, I mean really says something all when I just needed to get into my car because of lost keys...

The efficiency of response and the excellent customer service is a major factor for the services. Recommendation would be more flexibility in terms of service provision procedures and policies to allow for extra support especially for women(single women/disadvantaged as well as CALD communities)to express themselves without feeling inadequate or lacking in car service experience like I did...don't rush them and do an overall car inspection to reassure them please.

Disgusting service. Quick to take your payments, no where to be found for help. Awfull service and consistent liars. Wouldn't recommend for road side assist. There words " unless there's a baby or animal trapped, your not a priority " 3 hours so far waiting for a tow....

Couldn't get my car started and stick with kids in the car. From the phone call to the quick assessment, I was so pleased with the service. Belinda on the phone was pleasant and informative and had a car out to me in about 30 mins and the gentleman charged my battery and got my car started and I was ready to go. Happy I have this service.

All staff from the call centre, road service and tow trucks have always been comforting, helpful and professional
In the past we previously broken down in the Airport tunnel M5 approximately 11 years ago and then on the M2 going to Port Stephens approximately 4 years ago.
Then again last year on the M4 coming home from Katoomba. Sadly again last week at Ashfield. On all of these occasions we needed towing. Several previous times we also needed assistance for a new battery. Of course not always with the same car. We don't seem to have much luck picking cars. This current car only purchased 5 weeks ago - not impressed.
It really gives us peace of mind to know that we have such a great and worthwhile service. One that we can trust.

Very helpful, polite and fast service. Called to join again after a 2 year absence. Although they couldn't resume my membership benefits, they did waive the joining fee and advised me on the right membership for each of my vehicles. Easy over the phone transaction for payment.

I've been a member for 2 years ,and never needed them so far , Due to a processing error they took my monthly payment 4 times at once totally $96, they emailed the next day to say it'll be returned in 24hrs , fast forward 6 nearly 7 days and nothing , I've called twice , that didn't help , now waiting for a refund so that I can cancel my membership asap

Big thanks to Steve from Roadside Assistance who helped me out with my car issue (outside UNSW at 5:30 pm on 20/02/2021). Steve quickly dissected the problem and offered a simple solution to get me back home without waiting a long time for a tow truck. He was also very kind and honest with how I should proceed with fixing the issue. What a top bloke!

Service was fantastic. Estimated time of assistance arrival was spot on (possibly 10 to 15 minutes less & during peak hours). Problem was resolved quickly with helpful advice given for the future. Representatives on phone & on-site were very helpful, friendly, personable. So happy to be members and would recommend joining to anyone who isn't currently a member. Definitely worth it.

I love my 20yo Magna which is, in any case, meticulously maintained by the guys at Glebe Motors. But if there were no NRMA roadside assistance, it would be off to its final destination. Car heaven can wait for now but NRMA membership is forever.

I got flat tire on my bike the other day, so I called NRMA requesting tow truck. It did take around 30-35 mins for them to get there. Tow truck driver was amazing, he was skillful and did excellent job. Had great chat with him too, and I was at the destination in no time. :)

Took them more than 1 and a half hours to attend to a break down despite informing, the car is broken down due to electrical issue and is on the right lane blocking peak hour traffic and my wife at the wheel returning from office. It was in the heart of Bankstown on highway A6. It took them 1 hour to confirm that tow truck is on the way. then 45 minutes for the tow truck to arrive on spot. We were advised they would inform the Police to assist on the spot to avoid traffic hazard and pile up. But did not happen. Very poor service. Not worth the money at all. They failed to understand the stressful situation the customer has to go through. When you call back to follow up, you are greeted with a recorded message about "they are flooded with more than usual calls and please call back later"

Service Guy did his best but couldn't find issue withe my car and called tow truck to collect my car , whilst waiting for the truck I identified car issue via you tube !!
Have said that all parties concerned were very polite and professional ,
I also noted both NRMA vehicles were super clean particularly the truck ????

My Wife broke down in the carpark of Shortland Private hospital. He was there quick considering the traffic that time of day.
NRMA patrol man diagnosed correctly within minutes.
Fuel pump died.
NRMA had the car towed home for me to repair.
It is wonderful to know that a lady all alone was assisted quickly. This alleviated her stress.
Towtruck took her with the car.
Every owner of a car should have NRMA roadside. The patrol men are very nice to women and they give the correct diagnosis.
