When you call they may try to get the car towed unnecessarily, just ask if the mechanic can come out to check anyways if you think it shouldn’t be towed. The mechanics have always been FANTASTIC, love you guys love your work

My recent experience in dealing with NRMA Roadside Assistance was just effortless. Right from the lovely customer service attendant who took my call to the amazing technician Tony K who came to replace my car battery. Tony was quick to arrive, efficient and double checked all his work in a calm and friendly manner. It was such a pleasure to be looked after by him. Thank you Tony for saving the day - you are a true legend :)

Been a member for years called them out Sunday night long weekend :-( as my Commodore ute suddenly ceased to motivate. Patrol guy was there within the hour - bypassed the Fuel pump fuse got me going and safely in my garage ..on his advice Auto electrician came Tuesday Morning & within a hour the issue has been fixed hopefully for ever. The patrol guy "SIMON") was determined to get my ute going & he did..most appreciated..Thanks Simon & NRMA..

Been a member for 21 years and Iam very happy with this Business when I needed them the most. Roadside Machines are very professional and very eager to help. The NRMA App this very handy and easy to use and not forgetting the discount that comes with the it the membership . There are various levels of membership with various membership prices. A must have membership when you needed the most and highly recommend.

Called NRMA after ignition barrel went at local shops waited exactly 1hr for NRMA to arrive only for him to then call tow truck and then waited another 90min. 2.5 hrs later and 5klm later the car was back home. As a gold customer i think the NRMA should just call tow trucks in the 1st instance and save time instead of sending a service van when all they've assisted me with over the 25yrs is a flat battery.

I called to get my dad joined as a member. He is 76 and his English is limited. The customer service officer was very unhelpful saying he couldn't get me to assist my dad in joining because he had to understand everything he said. I said I was a fluent speaker in his native language but he said dad would need to go into a branch to get this done if he didn't understand himself Not very helpful service during COVID and mind you they wouldn't speak his native language at the branch. I have always assisted my parents with their insurances and have never had a problem. I don't think I have come across such a rude customer service officer ever. Very sad that this is someone representing and working at the NRMA....

I always meet a hero in every NRMA call out I require,. Yesterday, my truck lost power and just seized to drive, luckily I was able to drift to a bus stop curb at the Bonnyrigg area in Southwest Sydney. James responded to my call and I have received a very professional, courteous, concern Mechanic. He didn't waste time after assessing the cause of the breakdown and organise an NRMA tow truck. James made sure all was sorted heading to the dealer and I met Alex the tow truck mechanic and was very friendly and professional. I can't fault the service and concern that these guys presented, they're heroes in my books, Alex even asked a motorist who was broken down along Elizabeth drive of how he can help,. Unforgettable for the motorist, he needed his car to be towed as well. Big kudos to NRMA and to James and Alex,. These are the kind of people that backs up the integrity of NRMA.

Had one towtruck driver call and ask if I could wait until the next day to get towed. Didn't want to come on Sunday. I was on the side of the hyway in the middle of nowhere with my son 3 dogs 38 degrees. Than another towtruck driver called and came and went above and beyond. Couldn't do enough. First one from Merriwa shouldn't be in the business let alone Emergency roadside assistance. But the second one from Muswellbrook. Valley towing. Excellent ????

Changing my 5 to 2 star. I got a flat tyre and had a spare on me called mechanic to ask if he could change the tyre. He proceeded to laugh at me, mock me and be extremely unhelpful when it was raining, then left. Apparently I need to take it to a real mechanic and PAY $50 to change the wheel on my motobike (despite your website saying you can change it on the spot if you carry a spare.) Kinda sucks since that's why I paid upfront premium care. Hopefully I'll get a tow next payday to an accutal mechanic and PAY to change my spare tyre. I'm not even mad about paying he was just so rude and uncaring and didn't suggest anything to help.

Today I was looked after by Tony, Patrol 4695 who was extremely genuine and professional. Tony was efficient in dealing with my car issues and didn’t make me feel rushed or act like I was just a number. Me being an anxious person, Tony’s friendly and calm nature put me at ease right away as he could see I was stressed about the situation and also the position of my car. I’m so glad joined NRMA because of the convenience, value for money and ultimately the great customer service that I have experienced today and on previous occasions. Thanks for all your hard work Tony!

My car had a flat tyre from a nail. The NRMA man pumped up the spare and put it on which allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic. Very professional company, right from the phone call. Very reassuring to know they are there for me anytime. They are a must. Thank you.

Rick the mechanic attendant arrived, it went very well. He was fast but not rushed, informative but not repetitive. His assistance was professional and appreciated. If nrma has more Ricks as attendants and less annoying call takers we're in good hands and definitely reassuring
