Reponded quickly and professionally when my car wouldn't start. They answered the phone promptly at an anxious time and were able to sort out the issue with minimal hassle. I can see why people opt to keep this service. They have definitely found a lifelong member in me.

Always difficult to deal with, don’t want to tow a car unless someone is with it it. (Took over 2 hours to arrive) Don’t want to send a tow truck straightaway unless one of their clueless unqualified “patrolman” come and have a look first. NRMA are only good for jump starts and flat tyres.

Hello, I’d just like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation for your amazing services and staff! I was all packed and ready to head to my families house on Christmas morning and unfortunately my car wouldn’t start, stressed and upset and with no one around to help me I called NRMA and spoke to a lovely and very helpful lady Lisa who asked me if I was a health care worker and listed my call as urgent- a man came to my house within 30 mins (I didn’t catch his name) and gave me a jump start and I was good to go! The whole process was so quick and easy and I was pleasantly surprised when I realised I got it for free because I’m an emergency nurse! Thank you NRMA for getting me back on the road to see my family in time for Christmas, keep up the amazing work ????❤️????

Very easy to sign up. Loads of extra bonuses. Would definitely recommend ! the best roadside assistance even after I had organised my own transport from my broken down car to home they still called to offer a taxi to get me home. Now next time I'll know to wait and take up the offer. 10 stars if I could.

Great service, on Sunday morning I had a flat battery... I called & the lady on the phone was so helpful, had help within about 20mins from lovely roadside guy. This also happened about 4 weeks ago in very trying circumstances & on that occasion i was also treated so caringly & promptly by all involved. I asked on Sunday if I should get a new battery & he said I should wait & see how I go so I thought that was great & honest too. So thankyou NRMA.

This mob's service gets steadily worse - mechanic didn't even know how to get into the battery assembly. His advice was wrong, problem could have been fixed in hours. Instead my car was off the road for a week and unnecessarily cost me my holidays.

Really friendly service, from the dispatcher to the service person. Waited about 2hrs with an SMS letting me know 30min out - this was at home, so waiting wasn't an issue. Battery replacement $204, a but more expensive than DIY but we're paying for the convenience here.

DO NOT TAKE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. You will pay a premium price for a company that will make you pay first and not deliver any service. We paid $500 for a windshield to be replaced, they canceled on us twice THE DAY OF repair. They wanted us to drive an hour and a half out of Sydney to get it replaced after a month of screwing us around. Customer service was disgusting.

The operator whomst I was talking to was extremely unprofessional, extremely volitle and sounded as if he did not want to work here. Every time I wanted to ask a question he would be aggressive. On top of that he recorded the issue incorrectly when I stated what the issue was. As the tow driver arrived, he stated he did not have the right training to tow the vehicle (not his fault) and the issue was incorrectly reported. As the audio is recorded, please listen to what I had to say about my issues and how the operator responded. Though every other service centre person was friendly but one worker put it off completely for me.
