I broke down on the freeway. The response was great and the Patrolman, Mark, was excellent. After getting us safely off the freeway he spent such a long time trying to get the car going and wasn’t prepared to give up but in the end had to get a tow truck. Everyone I dealt with from the customer service, patrol man and the tow truck driver all were so pleasant and professional to deal with. I have been a member since I was old enough to drive and would recommend this roadside assistance to everyone. You just never know when you will need them.

My son's car broke down and he didn't have road side assist. After joining over the phone an NRMA van arrived within minutes. The service was professional and friendly. Thank you NRMA, it's refreshing to know that there are still competent businesses out there that go the extra mile.

You can never fault a service that helps in your time of need. I have been in some quick fix situations and some serious breakdowns and i will tell you that i may call them once a year sometimes longer but the security of knowing that at a phone call i will get immediate help at any time of the day why would you not have it .....
