Brian is a phenomenal tech. He’s been to our house twice over the past couple months fixing some very tedious and costly repairs. Not only is he on time. He’s professional, courteous, and informative. He’s vast knowledge of Plumbing has enabled him to walk into our home and easily identify the issue and quickly give us an estimate. Even though Brian has been able to identify other issues at our residence. He kindly points them out but we have never felt forced into a repair or up sold into fixing other things. We will always use Whipple because of Brian’s awesome service and will request him specifically for repairs.

Heath came in to check the leak from our water heater the same afternoon that we called Whipple. It was determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. Heath gave us a thorough detailing of the options we had to choose from. We selected the tankless heater, and Heath proceeded to drain and remove the old unit, engineered a new flu system to bring it up to code, install the new heater, clean and vacuum up the water from the floor and carpet before he left at 9:30 pm. He was extremely meticulous, thorough, warm, friendly and pleasant. We were very happy with him and the great work he did for us!

I just had Joey and Dalton from Whipple upgrade my power box to 200 AMP's. It's amazing and Joey was my main point of contact throughout the whole process. He was helpful, nice, and great to work with. So was Dalton, he answered a lot of questions I have in depth and was so friendly! Thank you for having such amazing employees. This is a great company to work with if you need assistance! 10/10*

Whipple installed our heating and air 4 years ago... and we've always had them come and do the service/maintenance on the equipment. And never had a problem until just recently. We had an appointment for the tech to come on Friday. My husband and I both got a text Thursday evening to confirm. And we both confirmed. Friday came, I got a call at 11:45 am (which I missed but called back 1 minute later) and I was told the tech would be here in 90 minutes. I then called my husband at work, told him. He also got a call and called them right back with just a few minutes. He was told the tech would be here in 80 minutes. He came home from work and we waited. And we waited. Finally a little after 4 pm my husband called the office. Oh they rescheduled our appointment to a day we both work on! And we weren't even notified of the reschedule. We've been waiting all day for this appointment. Anyway, my husband was told that because we did co firm and we both did call back, they'd have a tech out on Saturday morning between 8 and noon. Well. Here it is 3 pm and we didn't even get so much as a phone call. I'm not sure what's happened in the customer service aspect here, but its surely declined. For 2 days we've sat home and waited. Obviously this customer isn't so important to your business.

Working with Whipple was awesome! I had my 40 gal 12 year old water heater kick the bucket on Tuesday night and a new tankless water heater installed and running by Thursday afternoon!! My technician, Cuyler, was amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was quick to get the job done to minimize the time we were without hot water.

Kitchen sink had a bad clog. Daniel Smith was the technician that came out and explained everything the visit would entail beforehand . He followed COVID-19 recommendations, used booties, cleaned up after himself and worked very diligently to get the clog cleared. I just had a large medical expense so I was not able to afford what was recommended but Daniel ensured the clogging was cleared until I can afford the job. Daniel was very polite and went out of his way during the visit. My dog Bandit liked him also!!!Thank you!!!!!

Responded to an advertised special for toilet replacement. I had to reschedule one time. The next time they rescheduled for "emergencies" but promised next confirmation would happen. Took off work for an email confirmed time of 8-12pm. No show - no call. Called and told "running late" now 2-4pm. No show - no call. Called and told "emergencies" now 6-8pm. I said don't bother. Unprofessional and total waste of my time.

My AC went out just about in the middle of August one morning and I was able to get an appointment quickly they were able to come over under two hours- from my phone call to when they showed up there really quick. Bill was great, helpful, sociable, informative, professional, friendly and repaired my aging AC very professionally Plus he offered me insights and tidbits into what could be helpful for maintaining it and what could be helpful for replacing it in the future soon to come (its 22 years old) Whipple is a great company I always go with them, Whether it be plumbing, HVAC and more Whipple does it for a fair price quickly And professionally. They are always great people and I really appreciate Bill‘s help today thank you!
