We had a bit of a hiccup with the tiles we ordered. It was not the fault of the shop. But they absolutely bent over backwards to help us out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I will be using them again. Well done Kelvin and your team.

Found just the tiles I was looking for, after unsuccessful visits to many other showrooms. Kelvin was most obliging assisting with advice on tile trims and grout etc.

Some Things
Friendly and very helpful staff. The process of ordering to delivering was great, no worries or stress and was kept informed upto the day of delivery. The only issue I have is our toilet seat, everytime you sit down it slides as the seat pads are plastic and not rubber which caused my daughter to pinch her skin. Unfortunately Coventry T&B wouldn't replace or supply rubber pads unless we paid another £73??
